Hello Everyone. As you can see I got some problems with the database of the support forum. Please do not mail me regarding this issue, I am already aware of it and will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Sorry for the support delay that is caused by this issue, I hope to get it fixed soon ;)

Update: It seems I need support myself, from the creator of the forum software (ironic isn't it?) - Hope to get a response soon ;)

Update2: Since I couldn't get any support for my issue I think I will have to switch forum software. I hope this will be a quick process, and I will definitley seek a solution that allows already verified users to keep using their accounts. Once again sorry for the problems.

It takes 3 Steps to get you startet

Register an account for this forum, please use the same name you are using at themeforest.

Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. Your thread will be hidden from other users by now.

IMPORTANT: Now drop me a mail via themeforest contact form (make sure you are logged in with your Themeforest Account, otherwise the contact form wont display). That way I will be able to verify that you have purchased one of my items. Since the verification is a manual process it may take some time but as soon as I was able to verify your purchase your thread will be public and I will respond to your question.

Why did I choose a forum instead of the themeforest way of support?

Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.

Second Reason: people can't respond to each other at themeforest to help each other out, while I am busy hunting dinousaurs n stuff

And why all the hassle with registration and verification?

Unfortunatley there are quite a lot people that rip my stuff and then try to get support. Since I am not Sony or Universal who make billions to fight those people, I have choosen to simply ignore them.

The second problem of account verification is caused by the themeforest policy to never tell an author who his customers are, unless they contact him over the themeforest contact form. This may be good to protect your privacy but leads to a tricky registration process.
