Yes, that came through. Is that considered the solution? Am I to use them instead of Enfold forms?

I see you hadn’t changed it back from your email to ours for the SIP Trunk Plus form when I tested it again, but I rectified it and tried again but still no luck unfortunately.
Well is there anything you can suggest? We contacted our TSOhost to see if the problem is with our emails and they said no; they installed “Easy WP SMTP” to ensure emails are received. But again, I just tested the contact forms and nothing is coming through. But emails sent to the same email addresses without using the contact form are coming through. I just don’t understand how it’s only when I use the contact forms and only with our email addresses, yet our email addresses are working?
Alright I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser to delete any “cache” traces and it finally updated.
Unless this is something I can access via WordPress? Sorry I’m really only supposed to be working on design, not the technical matters.
Hi, I can’t locate a cache plugin at all? I see I don’t have any on the other websites either but they are updating. I can’t check the folder unfortunately as the staff member that installed the websites and has access to the files is located overseas and is currently only available one day a week.February 24, 2014 at 1:53 pm in reply to: Partner/Logo Element Displays Alternate Background #228451December 13, 2013 at 12:56 pm in reply to: Opt-In Newsletter and Social Media Icons in Footer #199914
Again – sorry for the late response – I have tried this code and again nothing changes. I have replaced the page ID with the the relevant page ID, but it’s making no difference. Just a question though – why would the special heading section affect the title of the contact page? Despite my user name (my employer chose it) I know nothing about CSS – all I know is that I can customise the CSS given to me to suit my color, font size or page needs, etc. and insert it into Quick CSS and that’s about it unfortunately…
Sorry for the late response – I’ve tried adding this code to the Quick CSS and have given it about 1/2 an hour, but it’s not making any difference. Any suggestions?
Thanks – but I mean without first loading the PDF in a different window (because some browsers aren’t displaying it correctly), so it would just automatically download when you click on it, or give you the “save as” option?
I’m quite a newbie – how do I make a PDF file downloadable from within an icon list?
Is there a form tag I have to edit and if so, where do I edit it?
Thanks! I forgot to mention that I’d like to change the color of the Team Member Name element, as well?

Apparently, the URL doesn’t normally show – clueless, like I said – but where can I access that extension?
