    Hi!

    a.) Yes, a full year of support renewal is 41.30

    b.) Yes I think (and hope) thats correct. I had one discussion with an Envato employee who said the same and even though I have also seen verdicts that would suggest otherwise I think I will simply ignore them in this case and go with what I feel is right. In addition I have the one discussion backed up so your current account wont need any renewals ;)

    in reply to: Layer slider problem #579017

    Hi!

    I just checked the layerslider and something weird is going on here. The existing layers do not seem to store any information at the “transition” tab.
    Whenever you enter anything there and press “save” the layerslider plugin tells us its saved, but if you reload the page the changes are gone. I am afraid I cant tell how this is/was caused. Maybe a problem after importing the default slides, maybe something that was done during customization…

    However, what worked fine for me, was to create a new layer (you can see it in the slider “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever” – Slide #2, with the name “this is a fresh test layer”), and then apply all the necessary styles to that layer. I was then also able to store transition data and it displays/works fine.

    So what I would recommend for now is to remove the layers that do not work and create completely new ones. Since the layerslider is a 3rd party plugin, bundled with the theme I can only ask the creator of the plugin if he knows about the issue and ask him if there is a better way to fix this, but right now this seems to be the solution you can use without having to wait any longer.

    Once the Layerslider creator has issued an update for the bug we can include that into enfold as well.
    I hope this solution is sufficient for now.

    Hi!

    As it currently is (we still get a lot of mixed answers from envato) we are bound by the agreement they set up. This means:

    #1) We will not allow access to the forums after the support time runs out (6 or 12 months, whatever package you chose) – however you will of course get updates.

    #2) We have been told by Envato that we are not allowed to offer support once the support period for a customer expires.

    #3) If you are managing multiple customers and got multiple license you will receive support for all of them if at least one support period is active. Which means you dont have to get support packages for older customers if you got a customer with an enfold license, purchased within the last 6 months.

    #4) If you don’t have a customer with an active support period and you need support you will either need to buy a support package or a new license (which you can then use for your next customer) to receive support for all of your existing customers.

    Hope this helps. Please note that this is based on the current information we got by Envato employees when asked how we are allowed to handle support. If we ever are allowed to provide unlimited support to all customers (which I doubt) this will change of course.

    Cheers!

    in reply to: LESS Files missing #558741

    Hi!

    I am afraid the theme and framework were created without a less or sass file a few years back. We have actually never added one later on because there were no requests for that. If people keep asking for it we probably will but right now I am afraid you are stuck with the CSS files…

    Sorry for that and best regards,

    Hi!

    I am not sure if I do understand correctly. Are you the creator/owner of the r12boxing.com website? If not and if you are receiving notifications from that website: please note that although we have created the THEME we are not the owners of the domain or website. we have no control over who receives messages from them. We also dont know who they are or who you would need to contact to stop those notifications.

    in reply to: Layerslider needs authorization to work #557400

    Hi!

    Its actually not a permission problem. The layerslider on your site simply links to the wrong files. as an example:

    instead of linking to

    http://drivesafemate.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/avia-samples/slide2_textblock.png

    your site links to

    http://drivesafemate.com/avia-samples/slide2_textblock.png

    Truth to be told, I am not sure why this is happening for you, but it can be solved easily by going into your layerslider editor and add “wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider” to each link. I tried to do it myself but the username/pw no longer works. If you need help with that feel free to enable them again and we can help you with fixing those urls.

    Best regards,
    Kriesi

    Edit: Alternatively when I think about it, an easier solution would be to simply copy the folder with the images at “wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/avia-samples/” into your root so that all the urls are correct and http://drivesafemate.com/avia-samples/ actually exists. Feel free to post us your ftp credentials in the private content field if you need help with that :)

    Thanks for the walk trough :)

    So here we go.

    Solution #1:
    Open your config.php file and search for:

    add_action( 'woocommerce_before_shop_loop_item', 'avia_add_cart_button', 6);

    and change it to

    add_action( 'woocommerce_after_shop_loop_item', 'avia_add_cart_button', 6);

    Guess the plugin needs some data that is created within the loop.

    Solution #2)
    Found the solution here as well. This is not really a theme issue. The add-on plugin uses javascript to fetch the first element on the site that contains the class “subscription-details” and uses the text of this element to fill in the dynamic content. The plugin assumes that there will never be a sidebar or product element located before the content which is a flawed assumption if you ask me.

    The good thing is that a simple javascript snippet can remove the class occurrence in your sidebar which will fix the glitch. The plugin will no longer find a wrong “subscription-details” class and then find the correct element.

    simply add this to the end of your woocommerce-mod.js file:

    //fix products add-on display error
    jQuery(document).ready(function($)
    {
    	$('.sidebar .subscription-details').removeClass('subscription-details');
    });

    Let me know if that fixes it for you as well.
    Cheers!

    Hey!

    I was able to solve bug #1 by changing the wordpress hook that is used to include the button. I am actually not sure why this hook works and the other does but probably some inner workings of woocommerce :P
    Good news is that the fix (though hard to find) was rather simple.

    I am afraid I have problems reproducing the other error you are describing. I am testing everything on a local installation to make sure that no modifications or other plugins interfere and the single pages look fine to me, even after multiple reloads. Also looks fine on your test server for me, although I am not sure if you got his hack active right now :)

    Would you mind guiding me (step by step) trough the process of reproducing the bug.

    I will add bugfix #1 to the theme update which we will release later this week. If we can find a solution for #2 it will be included as well of course

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    Thats actually intended behavior. the page always ends at the same height. appended are footer and socket and after the socket is the default page background that is always the same as the socket so it seems that the socket stretches for the rest of the screen. the alternative would be to apply a different background color, which doesnt look as good if you ask me.

    You can do that if you add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Enfold->General Styling:

    html{
        background-color: #ffffff;
    }

    Hi Guys!

    Thanks for the notice and sorry for the problems. I was able to look into it and apply a solution that should work. We will update the theme as soon as possible along with some other minor bugs. We will probably be ready within the next few days. in reply to: Avia Framework #550933

    Hey Stefan!

    Tut mir leid aber derzeit gibt es keine Möglichkeit das Framework in einer Standalone Variante zu erwerben. Allerdings baue ich gerade eine neue Version des Frameworks (das allerdings parallel zur normalen Enfold Entwicklungsarbeit, deswegen dauerts vermutlich wohl noch etwas) und sobald diese Version getestet ist werden wir sie wohl als standalone in einer freemium version öffentlich machen :)

    Kann allerdings leider noch etwas dauern. Momentan müsste, falls du das framework für Kunden verwenden willst, für jeden Kunden eine Enfold lizenz gekauft werden, danach können framework und visual editor auch anderswo eingestzt werden. Neue shortcodes hinzufügen ist ansich recht einfach, dazu müsstest du einfach einen bestehenden shortcode kopieren und sowohl php klasse als auch die config variablen umbennen.

    Da wir diese version des frameworks aber nie releasen werden gibts dazu leider auch keine ausführliche dukumentation.

    hoffe das hilf, lg,

    in reply to: WordPress 4.4 update menu issues #550620

    Seems to be an acknowledged events calendar bug: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -menu-removal?replies=3

    ;)

    in reply to: WordPress 4.4 update menu issues #550616

    Hey! I can reproduce the issue with a few plugins, but they are not related to enfold (the issue occurs with and without enfold enabled, in my case The Events Calendar is causing the issue)

    If you disable our theme and reload the site and it still does not work it is a plugin issue that we probably can’t solve. If it works after disabling Enfold please post us your login credentials so we can take a look at the site

    Cheers!

    in reply to: Updating from 3.4.3 to 3.4.4 doesn't work #546302

    Hi!
    Glad to hear that. I actually would recommend to use php7 in the future because its so much faster but 5.6 does the trick for now. Once php7 is officially released we will fix all the bugs we encounter and then you can switch back to the latest version ;)

    in reply to: Updating from 3.4.3 to 3.4.4 doesn't work #546189

    Hey!

    Just a guess: are you using the new version of php7 on your server? that might be the reason this problem occurs. Although I thought we had all the problems with php7 figured out it seems you discovered another one.

    I think I already got the solution at hand but I am having difficulties connecting to your FTP. Tells me that username and/or password are invalid. Would you mind checking that once again? Once I am able to connect I can test the solution I have in mind and if it helps add it to the next patch :)

    in reply to: slider & menu missing on homepage – mobile #544682

    Hi!

    Thanks for the detailed instructions. I was able to somehow reproduce an issue. for me the slider and the menu always load correctly but the colors do not. However, checking my own theme demo at

    http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/

    it displays just fine. (Would you mind checking with your iPhone as well just to confirm that. the site is also set to display responsive on a phone)

    Since we don’t have a ton of other users complaining about this my only idea would be that there is either a plugin causing this or that there is a server setting that is causing problems. So if you try to disable all plugins and it still doesnt work there is a good chance its got something to do with the server that hosts the site.

    Not sure if I can fix it if thats the case, but in order to even try to find a solution it would be good to check everything up to this point ;)

    in reply to: slider & menu missing on homepage – mobile #544613

    Hey Icebox!

    I am talking about the google tracking id “UA-66206908-1” which should be visible in your Enfold settings in the analytics textarea once again now. (added it right now after checking everything again)

    You probably copied the id from google and also added a bunch of whitespace and a line break behind the id, which messed up the javascript. I have added a fix to the theme as well to remove those by default so with the next update this error should be fixed, even if there is an invisible line break ;)

    in reply to: slider & menu missing on homepage – mobile #544600

    Hey icebox!

    I think I was able to solve your problem. The google analytics id you had entered had a bunch of invisible characters added that messed with the themes javascript. I fixed that.

    However, iPhone caching might not show the results right now. you will either need to wait a few hours or delete your mobile safari cache.

    Cheers!

    Hey guys!

    Would you mind both posting your login credentials as a private reply with link wo tthe admin section, password and username.

    I think those are two different issues. I can reproduce the problem icebox has, and I also get a javascript error in the frontend that might be related to the problem.

    However the advanced-rv rentals site seems to work fine on my end as well (iPhone 6, iOS9.1). Please also let me know if its ok to temporary disable any plugins you are running for testing purpose

    Cheers!

    in reply to: Payment for Enfold #542509

    Hey!

    The only way I could think of is to create a paypal account, link it to your bank and then do the purchase. But as Yigit suggested: it might probably be better to contact the Marketplace team for payment solutions ;)

    Cheers!
