Same problem here on multiple sites that are up-to-date with WP 4.7.2 and Enfold 3.8.4 with no fix or work around.
Would appriciate your quick follow up on this very concerning issue.
We’re already into development and have learned (form above) that the work we’ve done will be overwritten if the demo is imported. Is there any way to get the spa demo without losing our work? The client is interested in the home, about and services pages:
Josue, that broke everything to the point the page was blank. Is there something missing/extra in the code causing it to break?
Sorry. Ticket sales for the test event on the dev site expired. I’ve adjusted it.
Thanks Josue. That took away the plus/minus buttons, which forces the user to type in a value. That of course “fixes” the issue, but we’d rather keep the plus/minus buttons. Is it possible to have the additional info field show up when the user clicks the “+” button to add a ticket?
Same problem with different browsers and on different computers. When I select the number of “tickets” I want, the additional information window doesn’t appear as it should (and as it does for you for some reason… *mind blown*).
Well… that’s good news, but it doesn’t work for us! How could that be? What browser are you using?
This solution “kinda” works. The spacing I need only shows up AFTER I grab and resize the browser window (I’m guessing that then triggers the responsiveness). Is there a way to force the rule to have that 40px of space on page load?

We are using the Angular theme and it doesn’t seem that option is available to uncheck.
Anything else I can try?
Thanks for your feedback. We have isolated the issue to the Multiple Event Registration plugin, an important add-on for Event Espresso that allows users to register for more than one event/class/workshop at a time. With that in mind, we need to keep that plugin enabled.
We’ve made numerous modifications to the theme, so I imagine that’s the issue, yet we can’t find a fix. Perhaps we don’t need the “pointer above menu” function at all. What exactly does that do? As a test, I commented out that entire function and the “undefined” error indeed goes away. Could you tell me the risks of NOT having that function running within the theme?
Great themes and support at Kriesi.
