Thanks for the reply.
I have one idea but I’m not sure it’ll work.
(I am sorry about my English, I might not have explained my idea very clear)October 26, 2012 at 5:44 pm in reply to: Portfolio wont load when entering the website from our alternate domain (WPML) #94907October 26, 2012 at 1:11 am in reply to: Portfolio wont load when entering the website from our alternate domain (WPML) #94905
Thanks for your reply. I updated Angular to version 1.4 but it didn’t work. I had to compare every file with FileMerge to make sure I wasn’t modifying anything I added to the template. I made sure I didn’t forgot any file, but, just in case, could you tell me which files are the one that were modified to change the way the greyscale/canvas thumbnails are generated?
Can you think of another possible fix?
If you actually choose the portfolio (or whichever page that has a portfolio) as the frontpage in the Settings > Reading, then the pagination won’t work. If you select “Front page displays latest posts” it will work. I talked about this issue in this post (http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -working-in-the-frontage), since I need to select the portfolio as the frontpage (either way you will see the portfolio as the frontpage, but this way WordPress knows it “officially” and there won’t be any problems with other plugins, such as WPML) but I didn’t really get a solution.October 10, 2012 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Navigation of the portfolio not working in the frontage #92797October 9, 2012 at 9:19 am in reply to: Navigation of the portfolio not working in the frontage #92795
I tried that but it didn’t work either. As I told you, if I don’t set up any page as the “frontpage” at WordPress Admin Panel (Setting > Read — or something like this, my panel is in Spanish), then the navigation works (and of course the frontpage is showed as usual) BUT then we cannot translate the frontpage using WPML (because it doesn’t recognize the frontpage because no frontpage has been set up “officially” in WordPress). Hence I guessed it is the template that has problems, not the plugin. Right?
We really need to fix this as we need a bilingual website (Spanish-English) :(October 8, 2012 at 11:45 pm in reply to: Navigation of the portfolio not working in the frontage #92793
Thanks, but I did that and still didn’t work. Any other possible solutions?October 6, 2012 at 3:34 pm in reply to: Navigation of the portfolio not working in the frontage #92791
Really? Both me and my partner, and a few other people that I have asked cannot go to the next page from the home page :S You can click next page and it goes to this link http://botonhome.es/page/2/ but it shows the frontpage, not the following page.
What could we do to fix this?
