    Hey Chris,

    Thank you for your answer.

    So I changed this:

    Code:
    #top .medium_sized_slider, #top .medium_sized_slider .featured{
    width:610px;
    height:450px;
    position: relative;
    }

    for that:

    Code:
    #top .medium_sized_slider, #top .medium_sized_slider .featured{
    width:610px;
    position: relative;
    }

    The slider is a good size when displaying the first image (height 813px) but when it moves to the second image (also height 813px) than the slider back to a size of 450px.

    In fact I want the slider adjusts to the height of the image regardless of the size.

    Thank you for your support

    Younes

    Hi Dude!

    It’s been a long time since I didn’t come to this forum! I really enjoy knowing that you guys are here for us (and that we don’t need to use the “comments” of themforest)

    I try your fix but it didn’t work for me :/

    Have look to my site and tell me what I have done wrong:

    @Georg > Why do you have to have ‘custom post template’?

    If you look carefully you will see that I have a custom sidebar with a custom post header (no comments, no tags…), a custom slide show… etc…

    If I was choosing in the portfolio options of the cleancut-theme to go to a single post I would have had the same kind of post template for the “blog” section and the “Portfolio” items… and if you look in my site they are not the same… the only way it’s to use ‘custom post template’

    Flow the explanation by james concerning your other questions.

    Thx all for your comments :D

    @er zorro

    Take all the ideas you want, no problemo.

    @Mike

    For the Portfolio it was actually pretty easy. I used ‘custome post template’ plugin to creat my own page with a dedicated sidebar and then I used all the functionality Kriesi was offering with the template (Slider, Toggle, Tabs…). There is a topic which explain how to do it: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-fullwidth-but-blog-with-sidebar

    Really you don’t have to know a bunch of things to do the things I’ve done… You just have to understand how Kriesi made his template and then play with all the features and functionality he gave us.

    Hi p!

    Use the ‘Custome post template’ plugin.

    But because ‘Portfolio’ use ‘Custom Post Types’ you need to tell the plugin that it will cutomize only the post of the ‘Portfolio’

    open ‘custom-post-templates.php’ you will find in the plugin file.

    On line 48 change this:

    $this->add_meta_box( 'select_post_template', __( 'Post Template', 'custom-post-templates' ), 'select_post_template', 'post', 'side', 'default' );

    for this:

    $this->add_meta_box( 'select_post_template', __( 'Post Template', 'custom-post-templates' ), 'select_post_template', 'portfolio', 'side', 'default' );

    and then you just have to follow the Dude! :D

    You have to do exactly the same process: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/blog-post-full-width-page

    Hi James

    Sorry to bother you again with this problem but I realise that I have a compatibility problem with IE (Chrome & Firefox work fine).

    The Portfolio doesn’t work since I add the shop functionality… any idea?

    Hi James!

    Thx for your help it works like a charm and with the “custom field” function it makes it easier to use!

    One last thing before telling to everyone that it’s “resolved” can you tell me what to change on my CSS to have the “get it for £” button next to “Read more” and not below?

    Thx again for your help
