I tried your suggestion but it didn’t seem to change the behavior – still displaying duplicates. Feel free to disable plugins but hopefully it won’t be for too long – the site goes live tomorrow!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I tried this. With all the plugins deactivated, it still shows duplicate posts.
Any other suggestions?
