The issue ist stil there, I tried the instructions you sent.
Let me please write one more time what the problem is.
If I send an email trough the contact form, it will be sent.
If then I refresh the page in order to send another one, it will not go.
I muss visit another page (inside my site) and then use the contact form again, in order send another message.
This issue only appears in Firefox. I tried Chrome and some other browsers and they were fine.
No problem there.
I have no idea what can cause this issue. I just hope that you guys have more experience or luck than me.

unfortunately it didn´t help. I get to see only the half of the title.
Günter helped me some while ago with a similar problem.
It was better after that.
Now I tried all variations:
yours, his, yours and his but the problem still remains.
I know it is a long title…it´s the german language.

One little thing: Is it possible to have the title “ERWACHSENEN-ENSEMBLE” a bit smaller?

I am sorry for the misunderstanding about the cache.
I did everything as you said and voilá, it works now!

One small question: Do you know what caused the problem?
I tried the cache from W3TC at least 50 times. Since I am using CloudFlare (CDN), I also deactivated their cache but it didn´t help.
One funny thing, is that it seems to be working from my office but only with Firefox. It doesn´t in Chrome.
When I am at home, nothing works.
I am totally confused and I wish I could help you guys more but I don´t know how.

The theme is already updated in the latest version and the code you sent me didn´t help.
The problem is stil there.

I am using minify through the W3TC Plugin. I just deactivated it, but it didn´t help.
Could you please have a look on that? The credentials were sent in the private section.
Yes there was. The menu wouldn´t show.

I just wanted to try out another responsive menu but I guess I will have to hire someone to help me with this.

Of course not. The Plugin is called “Touchy”.
Just remember that I use Cloudflare CDN. It is paused now so that you can work without any problems.
If you meet any problems with clearing the cache, let me know.

I tried everything but when I activate any other plugin, the responsive header stil apears, or the new menu doesn´t work.
Unfortunately I can´t leave it like this for days, so that you can have a look (in case you have some time), because the site is online.
I wish a had an option to give you all the details…

The code you sent me only hides the menu icon.
What I mean is to hide the complete responsive menu so that I can use another one.
Is it possible or is it at all necessary if I want to use another menu or do I just activate the plugin?

I have made two screenshots of what I want and what I get:
I repeat: I am unsing a child theme!
Please consider this as urgent since the site is online and I would soon have to remove the code from the “Enfold-Folder” in order to get it work again. Which means that you will not see any problem…

I just updated to 3.5.1 and the problem came back.
What I did in the past worked until I upgrated to 3.5:
Child theme/css/shortcodes.css and from the file I deleted the code (see above).
If you check now, you will see the problem in responsive mode.
Check any page from the teachers (http://www.koelner-musikakademie.de/dozenten).
The tabs should be next to each other and not on top of each other.
I really don´t get it…

I probably did not explain myself right.
I AM using a child-theme and the problem showed up after the last update.
Somehow the deleted code from the shortcode.css was “ignored” and the tabs would show again on top of each other, instead of next to each other in the responsive mode.
I could place the code back, so you can see what I mean or give you access to WP to inspect it.
First of all a big thank you to the great support team hier! Without you guys, my new site would still be in progress.
I recently finished the site of Kölner Musikakademie and I must say I never regreted working with Enfold.
