It was already the updated version. I didn’t even do anything prior to this happening? Why?
There is no need to increase the allocated memory for something like this. I finally found where to edit the call-out text on the home page. It was under the individual page under the “excerpt” section.
Yigit, I did as you advised and deactivated all plugins and that didn’t work. I also just upgraded to the latest WordPress version and updated all plugins…it’s STILL not letting me update that call-out text?
Hi Yigit, I hired a programmer to customize a few things to the theme, I REALLY want to avoid upgrading and messing things up. Is there anyway to change the text on the home page without upgrading WP??
I attempted to fix the problem myself, but I ended up messing up the structure of the breadcrumbs on all the pages (but fixed the problem with the blog posts). I have reverted back to the original class-breadcrumbs.php along with your suggested update from above and now you can see that it isn’t working correctly when viewing a single blog post (still getting the double “News > News”) category within the breadcrumb. But now the pages are working correctly. You can take a look here: http://www.pcomusic.org/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -con/
Okay I tried this and it’s very close, but the structure I’m getting now is:
You are here: Home » News » News » [post title]
With a double “News” within the breadcrumb. Any suggestions?
