Thanks, it looks like that fixed it. I had a few more questions

1.Also, for some reason my blog does not show the Full Easy Slider at the top of the page even though I have set it to on the Page in the Advanced Layout Editor. Is there a way to have the Full Easy Slider also on the blog, so it is consistent with my other pages.

    2. how can I change the side bar width so it is 300 pixels wide.

    Hi-

I uploaded the Enfold theme to my site and when I previewed the Enfold theme it I got the following errors: I have not activated it. The current theme is Habitat v1.0 and am using WordPress 3.3.1. thanks for your help.

    HI-

On Enfold is it possible to add widgets for Instagram, Twitter and FB in a side column on the home page or in a horizontal column – but not all the way down at the footer?

Also, can you feature the Social Media Icons and links on all of your Home Page variations or just certain ones?

    thanks.

my client is going to switch to enfold. Will everything from the current habitat theme just transfer over flawlessly (pages, categories, blog, menu, logo, photos etc?).

What can I do to make this as smooth as possible?

They are currently on WordPress 3.3.1., do I upgrade to WordPress 3.7 AFTER switching the theme? Not sure of the best order to do things.

    thanks.

in reply to: Will Display v2.0 theme work with PHP 5.4 #192221

Can you tell me if Display v 2.0 is compatible with WordPress 3.7.1? When I go to the Display page on Themeforest it looks like it is but the response above by Devin says ” there have been no specific updates to bring it inline with WordPress 3.5+ .”

I am afraid of my theme breaking when the host upgrades to PHP 5.4, so am trying to update it.

I know I can upgrade the theme to WordPress 3.7.1 from the WordPress Admin, but if a lesser version of WordPress only works with Display v2.0, I am not sure how to install that version of WordPress via FTP and do I need to make any modifications to any WordPress files?

    Thanks.

Thanks, but I am not sure how to change for one them to another. I have never done it. Can you tell me how to do it?

I am not sure how to overwrite the old theme and don’t want any problems.

Can you tell me the directions on how to upgrade a theme once I find one I like? I am not sure how to overwrite the old them and don’t want any problems.

    thanks.

What is the best way to change themes from Habitat to a newer theme? I have never changed an existing theme to a new theme so need some direction on how to make this work flawlessly.

    thanks.

in reply to: Will Catalyst v1.0.4 theme work with PHP 5.4 #184638

My apologies, I thought I bought Catalyst here, as well.

I did have a similar question that I posted for both the Display and Habitat theme (posted in their respective areas) that I am hoping to get clarification on.

    thanks.

in reply to: Facebook Plugin #47063

    Hi -

I saw that. There are only two colors available (light and dark) and the “dark” is too dark. Can you recommend some code to change it in CSS where I could get it the same rgb color as the dark Habitat theme side bar? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

in reply to: Habitat Main Page Set Up / Widgets #46207

Hello? Can someone help me please, so I can help my client. Thank you!

in reply to: Updated to WP3.1 – Link color theme and background vanished. #41053

My background image just vanished to in Habitat at http://southerncaliforniacycling.com I was just adding a featured image to different pages then noticed it was gone. I too upgraded to 3.1 a few days ago. I disabled the plugins and that did not help.

Do you have any suggestions on what I did wrong and how to fix?

Any idea on when a fix will be ready? I was hoping to show to a client. thanks

in reply to: A few Habitat style questions #40815

Thank you. I tried both deleting and adjusting the footer code as described in #1. But it did not work – You can see that there is still a very large footer at the home page of http://southerncaliforniacycling.com/

I would like to have the area under the line only be about 100 pixel, but it doesn’t seem to get any smaller after I adjusted the css.

    thanks again.

in reply to: A few Habitat style questions #40813

Thanks for the great support. I will check out the plug-in.

I had a few other questions:

    1. How do I adjust the height of the footer? I would like the copyright info and social media icons just under the line that was added and there is a big space now.

    2. Also, I am implementing a forum and other widgets from Wild Apricot and am also getting the black underneath in the main container as seen here if you scroll http://southerncaliforniacycling.com/message-board (Not sure if there is a way to get rid of the scrollers, but would like to?)

    Here is the code used:

    <iframe width=’860px’ height=’400px’ frameborder=’no’ src=’http://teamredlands.camp7.org/widget/default.aspx?pageId=919692′></iframe>
<font style=’color:#ccc;font-size:9px;font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;’>Powered by Wild Apricot Membership Website Software

    3. I also notice this black in the main container (bottom half of page) for pages I have not added content too. Is there a way to change it to #202020 with out changing the black in the big background with background image? Example – http://southerncaliforniacycling.com/about/

    Thanks again! : )

in reply to: Would like to add a background shadow on each side #39418

thanks for the info. Is there a way to make the shadow go under the black image in the header and not not on top of it.

Also, the shadow did not show on the section where the dark shadow is under the slider and the part below where the text description and logos are.

The shadow starts showing on the portion where the 3 images are.

    thank you!
