    @Rikard,
    I have the same issue. Your CSS doesn’t help either as then the logo get smaller and smaller with more resizing. This is surely a bug as it only started happening with Enfold 4.8.6.5. It needs an urgent fix as the site looks terrible on mobile now.

    Moreover, I was using the following script in the functions.php file to replace the logo to a different one on mobile. All t*ts up now :(

    /*
    * Change logo on mobile
    */
    add_filter('avf_logo','av_change_logo');
    function av_change_logo($logo)
    {
        if(wp_is_mobile() )
        {
        $logo = get_stylesheet_directory_uri().'/images/edukacija-garsu-logo-notext.png';
        }
        return $logo;
    }
    in reply to: Image with Hoptspots: Hotspots are not showing #1313417

    Hi,
    in my case the hotspots appear where I set them when viewed in draft ‘preview’ mode. However, once the page is saved (published), the hotspots disappear and the tooltips are shown in once place.
    This has started happening only after the last update (4.8.5).
    This is an urgent issue for us.
    Clearing site and browser cache don’t solve the issue.

    Thanks,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Error "Call to undefined function av_icon_string()" #1284785

    I’m running multiple sites on Enfold and all of them are hosted on SiteGround and running the same version of PHP, so I don’t think is a PHP issue as I’ve been having these errors only on 2 of the sites.

    I’m including the list of plugins and server env info.

    in reply to: Error "Call to undefined function av_icon_string()" #1283890

    Hi @Ismael,
    I’m only using the default Enfold functionality to add icons to socket and top-nav.

    Thanks,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Error "Call to undefined function av_icon_string()" #1283702

    I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m getting the following errors by email from WP from time to time. Can’t see any visible negative effect on the site though.

    I’m using the latest WP version on PHP 7.3.27 with latest Enfold theme.

    Hi Rikard,
    I’ve posted them in my earlier msg. Please find them again in the private content section of this msg.

    Hi Rikard,
    please find the logins to the staging area in the private content section of the msg.

    Hi Rikard,
    as it’s a production site – I haven’t tried it. However, the only customisations that are in the child theme are the following functions in the functions.php file. I’m posting them in the private content section.

    Hi Rikard,
    I have enabled the Editor. Please check. footer.php file wasn’t modified by us.

    Hi Rikard,
    yes, I get these errors by email. Please find attached login details.

    in reply to: Translating 'Reloading the page' text #1198003

    Hi @Ismael, yes I’ve tried it. I have the ‘Share on’ string translated and it shows correctly for all services except WhatsApp. ‘Share on WhatsApp’ seems to be a separate string that’s not in the .po file.

    in reply to: Translating 'Reloading the page' text #1194748

    Thanks guys. It works now. Related to this, I can’t find the Share on WhatsApp string anywhere in the .PO(T) files. Could you please share the .po code for this string as well?

    in reply to: Translating 'Reloading the page' text #1191763

    Hi @Ismael,
    yes, I have set up the lt_LT files myself using a child theme solution.

    There’s one more string that needs to be translated as well ‘Reloading the page’. Please see attached screenshot. Can you please send me the corresponding code snippet to be added to the .po file?

    in reply to: Translating 'Reloading the page' text #1190497

    @yigit,
    I’ve just downloaded the enfold.pot file from /themes/enfold/lang/ and used it to update the .po file I was editing. The strings are still not found in the .po file. I’m using Enfold version 4.7.3

    in reply to: Translating 'Reloading the page' text #1190491

    Hi @Yigit,
    thanks for the suggestion. However, I’m trying to minimize the number of plugins on the site and instead of Loco Translate I’ve opted for editing the .po files with POedit. Why are these strings not to be found either in .po or .pot files of Enfold? Is this something that’s going to be fixed soon?
    Thanks,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Gravity Forms 2.4.15 conflict with Enfold #1161945

    @Basilis,
    as the site is live I’m not comfortable with sharing SiteGround access. I’ve disabled static caching on the staging site to which I’ve shared login details in this thread earlier. You can disable dynamic caching in WordPress admin. Memcached is enabled on all sites. Staging site is not set up to use CloudFlare.
    Looking forward to the results of your investigation.
    Thanks a lot,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Gravity Forms 2.4.15 conflict with Enfold #1158828

    @basilis,
    another 2 days have passed without any response. That is a total of 9 days since the initial support request.
    Have you managed to look into the issue?
    Thanks,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Gravity Forms 2.4.15 conflict with Enfold #1158429

    @Basilis,

    this, frankly, is becoming quite ridiculous. Have you even read my message? Have you tried the steps outlined? I seriously doubt it as it just seems that you assumed it was caching. Even though evidence points to the contrary.
    Taking 6 days to reply without even reading my message thoroughly is quite something. As a long-term user (over 6 years now) of Enfold on multiple websites and as someone paying for extended support I’m beginning to doubt the value of it.
    Could you please look into this rather than assume? I’ve also attached login details to my previous message. Feel free to use them.

    in reply to: Gravity Forms 2.4.15 conflict with Enfold #1156391

    Hi @Rikard,

    please find login details attached. The issue is unlikely related to caching (it was my first guess as well) as clearing the cache and enabling CloudFlare dev mode doesn’t solve the issue. Moreover, I had this issue checked by SiteGround Senior Technical Support Team and they came back with an answer that it’s not related to caching. De-activating WooCommerce solves the issue. However, removing the ALB Product Slider element solves the issue as well. So it doesn’t seem to be related to WooCommerce or Gravity Forms as forms using the same conditional logic and identical field configuration work properly on pages without the ALB Product Slider element.

    Cheers,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Product list element loses styles after page edit #1146053

    Hi @Rikard,
    I’ve re-added the element to the page now. You should be able to see it now. I’m also using latest Chrome for Mac and the issue is there.
    Let me know if you need any more info.
    Cheers,
    Andrius

    Hi @victoria_d,
    this just seems like bouncing the ball to the other team. The parameter passed comes from Enfold contact form, not from Monsterinsights plugin. The problem is with the parameter as it only passes ‘1’ as value. MonsterInsights is one of the top plugins for this, so I’m sure other Enfold users would appreciate a more detailed answer instead of bouncing the ball to the other team’s gate.
    I’ve been using Enfold since 2014 and I find it remarkable how some support queries are answered in detail even though they aren’t directly related to Enfold while others are downright refused. My impression is that the latter is happening more often now.
    This is basic functionality that every site that measures their marketing actions need.
    Andrius

    Hi @victoria_d,
    neither of the above solves or applies to my problem. I’m using MonsterInsights plugin for adding the GA code and it doesn’t use _gaq.push
    In any case, the code gets triggered. The problem is that it always pass ‘1’ as the form ID value. There seems to be a problem with the code provided in the documentation article you sent me.
    Andrius

    Hi @victoria_d,
    here’s the functions.php code I’m using:

    add_filter('avf_contact_form_submit_button_attr','avia_add_submit_attributes_to_cf', 10, 3);
    function avia_add_submit_attributes_to_cf($att, $formID, $form_params){
    global $post;
    $att = "onclick=\"__gaTracker('send', 'event', 'Forms', 'Submit', 'Contact Form $formID');\"";
    return $att;
    }

    Please find login details attached. The site is live!

    Hi @basilis,
    I’m rather curious as to why I keep getting the offer to higher a designer. Similar queries by other users seem to get different answers from your team.
    As for my question, I do believe it’s in support scope as the code snippet in question is taken from your official documentation yet doesn’t seem to be working as expected. It’s supposed to pass the ID of the form, but for all forms the value it passes is ‘1’.
    My Enfold support hasn’t expired. I work on multiple websites with different Enfold licences.

    Andrius

    in reply to: Pass 'Language' parameter to Mailchimp #1075388

    @ismael, thanks for explaining the limitations. I’ll use Mailchimp for WordPress plugin to achieve this instead. As it seems the only workable solution. Thanks!

    in reply to: Pass 'Language' parameter to Mailchimp #1071622

    @michaelH,
    thanks for such a quick response. However, the solution you suggested, as far as I understand, isn’t using Enfold’s out-of-the-box Mailchimp integration and instead relies on another plugin. I’ll look into this option further as it seems the OOTB Mailchimp functionality isn’t offering this.
    Thanks a lot,
    Andrius

    in reply to: Pass 'Language' parameter to Mailchimp #1071614

    @MichaelH, @Basilis,
    yes I have translated the sign-up forms. However, my question was slightly different. The Enfold sign-up form works as expected with one caveat. It does not pass the language of the user to Mailchimp. Is there a way to do this? I need it to pass the language of the site depending on which of the sign-up forms is used on a multilingual site. Ideally, I want all subscribers to be on one Mailchimp list and then to segment them by the language.
    Hope this is more clear now. Is there any way to achieve this using Enfold Mailchimp form or shall I look for other solutions?
    Thanks,
    Andrius

    Hi @Rikard, many thanks for looking into this. Apologies, I got confused and mis-identified the Roboto font. All good now. Thanks again.
