  • Hi Rikard,

    We have updated the theme to the latest version (5.6.10) but still, we are facing the same issue.

    Could you please look into the matter and provide us with feedback?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback. I understand your point, but even the options provided under Enfold->Performance are not improving the site speed. As mentioned earlier, we have followed the guidelines provided in the documentation at: https://kriesi.at/archives/scoring-100-100-in-google-pagespeed-insights-gtmetrix-pagespeed-and-yslow. Unfortunately, the expected improvements were not achieved.

    We can provide you with the account to log in to the staging site to check the settings. We are using the Enfold theme and haven’t done any customization within the theme. Additionally, both the theme and plugins are up to date. Despite these efforts, we are not achieving the desired speed using the Enfold theme.

    Could you please share your thoughts or guide us on improving the site’s performance, even without using any other plugins?

    Thank you!

    Thanks for your feedback. We’ve used PageSpeed Insights to test the site speed and tried different suggestions from it using WP Rocket and WP Super Cache plugins. We attempted delaying the scripts and removing unused CSS. However, we haven’t seen any changes of these settings or improvements on the frontend likely because of conflicts or settings with the Enfold theme. As a result, the site speed hasn’t improved significantly.

    Could you help us further in speeding up our site, taking into account the specifics of the Enfold theme? Any extra suggestions or specific adjustments for our theme would be highly valued. Your help in resolving this issue is invaluable.

    Thank you.

    Thank you, Ismael!

    That is what I was trying to achieve for the main menu. However, I still am not finding any documentation or notes as to how to make the whole header area fully sticky? Right now only the main menu is sticky. I am trying to make the whole header area and centered logo be sticky as well.

    Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    That response doesn’t answer any of the questions that I asked. Are you saying there is no way to achieve what I am looking for?

    Also, what about getting the logo to remain in the sticky header?

    in reply to: Indent Main Menu Sublevel Items? #1212215

    Hi Jordan,

    No, this has not been fixed already. I have included some screen shots to help clarify the issue. Currently, “Fluid Handling” slides out to the left of “Engineering” (image #1 below).

    The effect I am trying to achieve is for “Fluid Handling” to appear below “Engineering”, and also be indented (image #2 below).

    Is it possible to achieve this?

    Thanks again in advance!

    Perfect. That is exactly what I needed.

    As usual, thank you for your help!

    Hi Victoria,

    Yes, here is a link to a screenshot. Please note the lack of spacing on the right side of the logo and “Galleries.”

    in reply to: Logo Centered Split Menu, with Transparent Logo Area #1171640

    Client has requested the addition of two more items to the main navigation menu, bringing the total number from 8 to 10. Within the CSS coding supplied above, I changed the .av-main-nav li:nth-child(3) to 5. The logo is still centered, however it just seems to be a little off-centered now, more so to the right side than absolute center.

    Also, if via Appearance > Menus I select “Menu Style – Button Style – Colored” for “Lunch & Learn”, it shifts things even further off center.

    Any advice you could provide to fix this would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    PERFECT!!!

    Thank you for that, Yigit. However the burger menu is not what I am trying to change. The main header navigation menu is what I am trying to change the border radius on. A picture is linked below.

    Sorry for any confusion, and thanks for your help as always!

    in reply to: Change Size of Masonry Gallery Gap #1163634

    Thank you for that, Victoria. However that appears to only shift the images to the left leaving a large gap on the right side. Also, only the bottom gap was decreased (which made the top gap even larger). I am hoping to achieve a smaller gap on all four sides of each image.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks!

    Hi Victoria,

    Wooops, sorry about that. A specific page is listed below.

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Center the "Phone Number or small info text" in Header #1140255

    Thank you for that Rikard! That did the trick for a little while, but when I updated to 4.6.2 a new problem has surfaced:

    I am using the following two CSS additions:

    /- Center the Phone Info in header -/
    .av_phone_active_right .phone-info {
    float: none;
    text-align: center;
    background-color: #b32d1e!important;
    }

    /- Eliminate the white space/padding that shows up for Grid Rows on mobile and tablets -/
    @media only screen and (max-width: 989px) {
    .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column.av-break-at-tablet, .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-break-at-tablet .flex_cell {
    margin-bottom: 0;
    }
    }

    Which ever bit of coding appears after the other in Quick CSS is breaking the other. For instance if I paste the above coding into Quick CSS as-is, the phone number info is not centered. If I reverse the order, then the phone info is centered but the white space for grid row returns on mobile.

    Any advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Accordion Slide Caption Title Positioning #1128405

    Thank you for that, however now they are at the top of the slider. What I was hoping to achieve is to have them centered on the tile…yet the titles would be aligned. Can this be done?

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Accordion Slide Caption Title Positioning #1127952

    Hi Rikard,

    I have included an image, maybe that will explain what I am looking for in a better way. Rather than the amount of content dictating the positioning, I am trying to get the Caption Titles to appear evenly on one consistent row. As of now, they are different staggered positions.

    Does that help? I’m still not sure if I am explaining what I am trying to achieve well enough.

    Thanks!

    “Yoast SEO: Local” appears to be the plugin breaking the tag pages. Color me surprised.

    Is there any work around to this? This one has me puzzled.

    Thank you, Jordan!

    That worked perfectly. Thanks for the quick and accurate response. Please feel free to close this topic.

    Hi Basilis,

    I would be willing to give that a try. Although it was requested by my client that the shopping cart/bag icon be larger.

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Sticky Header on Mobile (version 2.0) #924605

    Hi Victoria,

    I’m sorry, I didn’t give a better example for you to look at. Add a product to the shopping cart, then click on the shopping cart/bag icon. You will then notice the are above the coupon code area is hidden by the sticky header. This is the same on all pages…perhaps 20% of the top of each page is hidden behind the sticky header.

    in reply to: Change One Item of Navigation Menu to Different Color #904542

    Awesome. That did the trick.

    Thanks again for your time and info Basilis and Jordan!
