okay – I did a bit of an overhaul on the backend – it is all fixed now. The issue had to do with how I was updating the core theme and how it was being referenced by my child theme.

Hi – I’m having the same problem in Replete and I am using the current version of the theme and wordpress.
Any ideas? I deactivated all plug-ins except woo-commerce.

when you say “manually”, what are you referring to? Do you mean I should FTP the image? Or just replace with a new image?
I replaced the image with a new uploaded image which did not work. I even created a new product with new images which did not work. I just applied the code above – but it just squished the image vertically which you can see here: http://www.peacerev.ca/niki_support/peacerev.jpg
I already did that. I have the newest version of the theme, installed just a couple of days ago. I did the above instructions – but it is not forcing the crop on the feature image – here is a product where I regenerated the thumbnails:
somehow the feature image is displaying very large. The images that are being uploaded are the same size as all the other images that we have loaded to the site: 1200px x 713px
I deactivated everything, all plug-ins are updated – and still nothing works…I’m not really sure what to do
I did both of those things – and now it is cycles from the first slide to the 2nd and then stops (even though we have 5 slides)
also – the arrows still do not work.
sorry to belabour it! But we need the slide show to work like it used to….

We’ll probably format the new page as homepage for now – but I’m wondering what has happened? And I would like the arrows to work as well.

I’ve figured it out –
1. add your new icon to this folder: wp-content/themes/eunoia/images/icons/iconbox/
2. when referencing the new icon – just add your new icon filname eg: [iconbox_top title=”View Our Portfolio” icon=”Heart.png”]
…I had to make a few css changes because we wanted no colour background, border radius, and we changed the icon pixelsize..but if you are just doing the same sized icon you should be fine.
Almost perfect – it worked -but it made all the drop-down sub-menu items white as well
I have done it – and it is so close to being perfect. Just 1 question – when I am on a single product page the SHOP menu item does not inherit the white font colour. Do you have a solution?

Thanks – So the detail that I would like to change is:
when I narrow my browser window – the navigation goes mobile for a few pixels before the window wrap_all shrinks. Can I change the pixel width – where the nav turns mobile – to respond just a few pixels narrower?

Thanks for the tip – here is what it lead me to >> I added a DIV to encompass wrap_all and it worked like a charm. In an ideal world I could have the graphic go to the bottom of the page (suggestions?) but I’m not attached to that.
The “stitch” graphic sits in front of the “burlap” graphic, the burlap is defined in the theme options bg.

Thanks! I agree (@nick) – unfortunately it is for a client of mine and they won’t be switching anytime soon. But they’ve resolved it and the theme is fantastic!

I think that this is largely a memory problem. I created a php.ini file, with the following in it:
memory_limit = 96M
upload_max_filesize = 10M
post_max_size = 10M
I also made a php info document to see what the memory allotment is:
I’m in touch w/the server as well to see what they can do on their end – but if you have any advice that would be great
