    Hi Yigit!

    Edit: It’s working again! So it worked, forget the message below :-)

    I tried, but it didn’t work. I would also try reinstalling the Corona update, if there’s an easy way to do that from the Dashboard?

    Poirot

    Ok, thank you Dude and Yigit. I hope Envato will be understanding and will allow me to continue downloading Corona updates.

    Hi Yigit,

    Ok. So, there is no way to get Corona theme options working without the update? Because I fear that my Envato account was hacked or cleared. I only have one envato account, which i used to purchase Corona back in 2012. I can login, but everything is now cleared.

    Hi Yigit,

    I will check with them. I have an Envato account, and a Theme Forest account. I now longer know the difference. The problem is I do not know where to log-in into Theme Forest, it always takes me to Envato?

    Hi Yigit,

    I went to Theme Forest (Envato Market), but found nothing under my downloads. Also they say I’m member since Jan. 2014, but I have purchased Corona back in 2012 or 2013. Am I doing something wrong?

    Correction: I introduced the custom code through the Corona “Theme Options”, that’s what you call Quick CSS, right? In that case it is perhaps normal that the custom.css file is clear.

    In this case, do you think it is safe to update without finding another way to back up the code?

    in reply to: Theme options not working #315087

    Hi Yigit,

    I just downloaded the custom.css, but the only thing in there is:

    “/* Have fun adding your style here :) – PS: At all times this file should contain a comment or a rule, otherwise opera might act buggy :( */”

    However, there should be a whole list of code which I have added to Corona custom.css

    Hi Yigit!

    I did it in Custom.css inside Corona. Pardon my ignorance, but how can I make a back-up if I cannot open Costom.css? What I intended to do was a simple copy-paste of the code.

    And how can I update Corona, where can I download it?

    Thank you for your help,
    Poirot

    Hi,

    Thank you, Dude. For now, I will specify a web-safe font for the menu.

    Quick question: Why isn’t a similar flash-effect visible in the rest of the site?

    Hi Devin,

    Wouldn’t there be a way of specifying the chosen font (futura pt) in the original style.css, so that the default and custom font are the same? Something like this:

    .main_menu .menu li a strong {
    font-family:futura pt book, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
    text-transform:uppercase;}

    What do you think? I’m asking before I do something wrong that messes up the style sheet.

    Hi Yigit,

    You were right, there was some original code missing. I checked with my backup of the Corona theme.

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for your quick reply! I added some code to the header.php, but I then removed it and saved the file again (via WordPress dashboard).

    I will check the content of header.php on my FTP as well.

    It only works without “.single”, but then the blog post-titles are also invisible. Any idea?

    I didn’t find that exact code in the file you mentioned. Can I send you the file for you to check?

    Hi Devin!

    Ok, but before custom changes, my site would fit on an iphone screen, now this happens:

    http://bit.ly/MfKf59

    Why the black bar, covering the right side of the screen?

    Thank you,

    Hi, you can see it in the Corona demo (Blog, Left sidebar, large preview image). In this case it’s the archive that gets 2 columns. From the 5th element on, the widget starts a second column.
