Josue – my question was not about the dropdown <select> element – I need the make the element in my screenshot appear full width
Hello see attached screenshot
I went with your suggestions – and is working very well – Thank You
I have another question – I have created an opaque background element on “Auto Transport Company” and I’m curious if you can suggest a way to make it full width and still have it be responsive with the theme.
Great, thanks – Q1 issue was addressed
Regarding Q2 – do you know of a way to accomplish a similar effect with LayerSlider ?
http://www.rcgauto.com/blog – is the live site
How would I setup the permalinks to achieve the desired results ?
Thanks that helped – but the second button is still cutoff
Also a different concern – I’m looking to make the MENU text a bit more substantial – is it possible to have the words be wrapped in a color background similar to how the button look now.
Thanks – I guess I need to change the background color – wasn’t visible on white
I was actually referring the circular glow that grows larger and disappears
Thanks for the reply – I read the information your provided.
I’m still confused however.
If a modified header.php file is placed in the child folder – what happens when the parent version of the header.php is updated as a result of a theme update ?
For example based on the documentation from wordpress It seems that that function.php will merge the old and the new.
Awesome that seemed to have worked,
Another issue, how to I center the graphics on the LayerSlider, when viewed on a wide screen (Desktop) the images are offset to the left
The issue of the phone number not being vertically centered only occurs when viewing the website on a mobile devise.
One more question,
When the site is viewed on wide screen all of the overlaying images are aligned to the left. Is it possible to have them be centered.
Hi, thank you, that helped, I also changed
and removed width: 210px; from base CSS
One thing still remains, maybe you can help me with it,
There is a large gap when the from ends, what can you advise to do to rid of it
That doesn’t quite solve the problem, I want to be able to regulate the width of the fields.
Gravity Forms allows you to select small or medium
Right now I can’t
OK, Thanks that helped.
Can you advise of the best way to increase the size of the phone # ?
Right now I’m using <font size=”4″>xxx-xxx-xxx
It doesn’t work well on all browsers,
If they don’t respond I would be willing to buy an extra license for you to look into getting a better integration with this plugin.
Based on searching the support forums seems like there more than a few people that face similar issues as I do.
Do you have any other suggestions for me in the meantime to help make the form more mobile friendly ?
Hi, thanks for the reply
That helped, but can anything be done to make the form look good in IE9 ?
Also what can I do to make sure the form also works on mobile devices?
There is still an issue with the frame shadows not being displayed in IE6 for the front slider.
I just updated to version 1.2.1, however some issues remain.
The font problem was fixed but the slider with the pictures doesn’t always load, in fact I have to refresh several times for it just to show the images. Also the slider does not “play” automatically.
Please let me know, I was being careful to make sure to update every file from the change log.
Another Question, after I change the portfolio slug to “services”, existing pages that are not portfolio items but have “services” as a parent do not work.
http://www.rcgauto.com/services/ – a page with showing the portfolio items
http://www.rcgauto.com/services/car-shipping – a portfolio page works after the slug “services”
http://www.rcgauto.com/services/non-running-vehicles/ (non-portfolio page) stops working after I change the portfolio slug
Let me know if anything can be done, or will I have to choose a different slug ?
