I am not sure, if you understand my “problem”.
I want to replace the “blog” element of your theme. Because when I temporary switch to another theme there is your shortcode
[av_blog blog_type=’posts‘ link=’category‘ blog_style=’single-small‘ columns=’3′ contents=’excerpt‘ content_length=’excerpt_read_more‘ preview_mode=’custom‘ image_size=’shop_thumbnail‘ items=‘-1′ offset=’0′ paginate=’yes‘]
I know I am flexible using your blog element but I have to change it that way, that I am able to deactivate it, so that I reach all blog posts.
Thank you very much for your answer! That was what I was searching for!
Is there also a possibility to activate the many, so that is is working even when the enfold theme is down?March 22, 2015 at 2:01 am in reply to: Text is on the wrong position, when I include a hover background image #415828March 14, 2015 at 10:35 am in reply to: Text is on the wrong position, when I include a hover background image #411463
please can you have a short look at the side again.
What can I improve, so that the color changing? I think there is already something wrong.
(please can you remove my URL in your post)
Here I have a few screenshots to demonatrate a few further points I don’t like on my mobile few the side.
This is the look of my enfold page:
1.I don’t like the relation between the header and the text-size. I think the textsize is too small and there are to much space after each post.
2.Another problem is my own. I think the logo looks to small at the mobile view and so I am thinking of deleting this logo and only writing the “name of the webside”.
2a) Is it possible to write the name instead of the logo in the mobile version?
2b) Can the enfold theme write for foreign websites the name in english and for german the name in german?
3.The point with the menu above and I think it would look nicer, if the menu is only showing to the one half of the side and not over all. I think it looks nice here, also the font relation between the title, the heading and text size:
thanks for your answer.
But I am not so happy with this solution, because than I see my hole sidebar below the side.
It is not so flexible, as I need.
I need a special menü for mobile (a few points from the main menu and my blog sidebar (but only from my first menu there).
I tried the plugin wptouch mobile and this does a great job here.
So is it possible to get this comfortable function an updated version of the theme? I think, everybody would love that!January 23, 2015 at 11:46 pm in reply to: Post with featured image not above but beside the header #384714January 21, 2015 at 11:22 pm in reply to: Post with featured image not above but beside the header #383411

Thanks a lot for your help and know it is/was working as I wanted to.
But unfortunately I have to change my look of the blog.
So my new requirements are:
-Look as the Demo Enfold “Blog Single Author Small”
-but with the category picture on the left and not the featured image or the Author image
How is it possible?
Is it also possible to make this small picture a little bit bigger?
Thanks a lot!!!October 22, 2014 at 11:22 pm in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #339800October 20, 2014 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #338703October 19, 2014 at 10:05 pm in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #338031
thanks for that tipp, it was great!
But I have the problem, that I only want to see the heading of the blog, but I only can choose between different blog styles and text styles.
Every time I can see the featured image and an excert or the hole text.
I want to say that my article has an featured image, because I use this for twitter and facebook.October 19, 2014 at 4:52 pm in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #337968

I want that my blog-side should look like this:
So I have for each category the another picture.
But I also want to use the function of the featured image, which isn’ t always the same!
I hope, you can see now, what I want…

thanks for your answer! But I don’t understand really, what you mean.
I am using WordPress SEO by Yoast and in the settings I can set a defined pictuere for my social posts.
But I want to use the enfold blog grid with fixed category pictures.
Under each category picture should the title of the newest written blog article of this category.August 24, 2014 at 12:54 pm in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #308436
I have to pick up this thread again.
I always set on my blog grid the same picture for a specific category,
So I have to choose this specific categorie image as “Feature Image” for this article and remove the feature image from the post.
But I think it would be better to chose a typical picture from that post as feature image e.g. to use that to post my feature image and the first words to facebook, or that google knows that they belong together.
So if I choose the category for that aricle it could be automatically clear, that the categorie picture is shown on my blog grid and I can free chose a feature image.
Where can I change this?July 20, 2014 at 11:42 am in reply to: Blog grid with always the same preview picture of each category #293594
OK, so in which file is the definition of the blog grid?
As I understand I have to change the code in the blog grid side?
Is it possible to hire somebody from your team to change that or do I have to find a freelancer?
thanks a lot!!
There are only two problems left.
1. The word “Engineering” is below the header in my website
2. Is the side is getting smaller , the look should be the same and now there is chaos (big flower, messy text).April 26, 2014 at 5:26 pm in reply to: Defective Enfold Update – can not reach my homepage anymore #256622April 25, 2014 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Defective Enfold Update – can not reach my homepage anymore #256062
I tried the updating via ftp, but now my backend is also only a white page – same as my webpage.
So I how can I solve this situation.
I have also tried to replace my wordpress-files per ftp.April 3, 2014 at 1:17 pm in reply to: Defective Enfold Update – can not reach my homepage anymore #246998
What can I do to get on my webpage. Is it possible to deactivate the enfold theme over ftp and then reinstall the theme?
it is working a little, but I want to change the following points:
1.There shouldn’t be an underline on my logo text if I am going with my mouse over it
2.The logo shouldn’t get bigger, if I push my browser together.
3.It would be great if the colour and behavier of my logo text is the same as menu points.
Lot’s of thanks!!!
