    Thank again!

Could you help me with my following question as well?

    2) Just for now I made the change in the main theme and it seems like it worked. However I can see 2 lines in the middle of the text (text which is under the photos now). How can I remove them? Also how can I put some left and right margin for the text?

Thank you very much for all help,

    Tarki

    Hello again,

finally child theme is installed successfully. After all it was related to capital small letter issue

After changing Template: Flagship to Template: flagship

    all worked.

After sorting out this problem now I can start to tackle my real issue I believe. To achieve what I wanted to do you told me to move the following line in functions-flagship.php.

    the_content(__(‘Read more’,’avia_framework’).'<span class=”more-link-arrow”> →</span>’);

    My questions now

    1) I can’t find functions-flagship.php in the child theme. But if I make the change in the main theme then I’ll lose my changes when there is a theme update. So could you clarfiy where should I make this suggested change?

    Hi Nick,

I’ve tried your suggestion and still didn’t work. Supplying password in email is very dangerous. I can email you and may be you send me your mobile number that I can send the admin account details as SMS?

Also here I’m copying and pasting the css files, may be this helps…

    Hello Nick,

Thank you very much. I followed your instructions very carefully and all seems correct. Anyway, I haven’t renamed any folders in fact. But I checked to see @import url(“../flagship/style.css”); in the child theme’s style.css and it is there and also flagship is the correct folder name (checked the folder with FTP). I carefully examined letter cases and all small letters, so it is not a problem related to letters cases…

Also I checked inside the child theme style.css file, the directive “Template: ” has the same value to the value of directive “Theme Name:” in parent theme’s style.css … Both are Flagship in fact

As I told here earlier this is a multisite wordpress installation. Is this a problem with multisite?

    What else can I check?

    Kind regards,

    Tarki

    Hello,

    Hi Nick,

Thank you very much. I searched the forums but I couldn’t find answers to my questions.

    1) To clarify, I’d like to remove the logo in fact (not the header completely). If I edit header.php wouldn’t this change overwritten by theme updates?

    2) I’d like to do this at Ajax portfolio. When I view a portfolio item, I’d like the portfolio meta information to stay where it is (right side of the photo) but I’d like to move the content of the portfolio to come under the picture. How can I do this?

    3) OK I don’t need this one anymore…

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Tarki
