Yes, I’m using a dynamic template, which is done via the template builder. As explained I set the Dynamic Template Page Layout to use “Right sidebar”…
But I would of course like to have the Ajax effect… If there could be a fallback for iPhones to open the entries on a single page it would be a great fix.
The portfolio items will show OK if I in the template builder set the “Portfolio Details” to “opens entries on a single page” instead of “Yes on the same Page (Ajax)”.
I think you’ll have to change a line (72) in your wp-config.php. Mine is in Norwegian so the line is set like this:
I guess your should be:
Hope that helps:-)
I notice that I get an error message on the iPhone (Safari).
TypeError: ‘undefined’ is not an object
Thanks, it’s happening with my iPhone 4s, and I have heard from two other users confirming the same problem… but I don’t know what kind of iPhones they used.
Thanks! I also found that I could use the “Tag Cloud” widget and choose Portfolio Categories from the drop down menu there. Seems to do the job.
Hi, isn’t there a more intuitive way of managing what order the portfolio lists? I guess you’ll loose this fix after an upgrade of the theme?
Oh, I noticed that it works now… Must have been some cache yesterday that prevented me from seeing the change. Is there a way to control how the words break? As it is now, it breaks the words in odd places (at the last letter and so) … Could it be coupled to the language files so that it uses some sort of correct break of word?
I use a nb_NO (Norwegian) that I have translated myself.
Hmmm, that didn’t do the trick, but maybe I will need to do a manual line break in words longer than the available title area will allow? I was kind of hoping for a percentage scaling feature that would make the titles auto-fit…
Thanks Devin, I have turned off the maintenance plugin for a while. Please have a look here: http://scoopet.net/
Ah, that’s probably it. Would you recommend a certain plugin that goes well with the Eunoia theme for the regenerate purpose?
Ah, thanks a million. I’m re-designing this site and it has excisting content. There was an Adsense plugin that still was active that I hadn’t noticed.
You’re the best:-)
I’ve turned off the maintenance plugin temporarily so you should be able to see what’s happening if you go to: http://scoopet.net/
OK, I solved the cropping error I experienced by changing the fileformat from .png to .jpg.
Would still love to have a tip on how to be able to put up a bigger logo image:-)
Hmmm, I found that under the Tab “show all” in the Appearance > Menus, there is two “HJEM” pages… But there actually only exist one page named “Hjem” when I look under “Pages”.
Well, I put the other “hjem” page into the menu and removed the one I had before, and voila, it seems to be OK now.
Thanks for yor help.
PS! Didn’t need the additional CSS code now.
Hmmm, found that it was the permalink that had the /welcome in the url. removed it and it changed to /hjem… But still the same problem with the widget.
I now notice that it depends on what url is used for the home page.
If you click the logo, it will take you here: http://www.maguni.no/beta/
If you click the “HJEM” (home) from the nav bar, it will take you here: http://www.maguni.no/beta/welcome/
The first URL looks ok, but the second will show the widget dropped down a little. I can’t figure out why the “HJEM” page gets that “/welcome” added to the URL… Maybe it comes from me modifying a home page used in the demo content…?
Strange, it seems to work now… Don’t know why I didn’t see that the first time. Only thing that doesn’t work is the “color: red;”. But that’s OK.
Hi, that didn’t work… but once I removed this code, it seemed to fix the alignement issue.
Thanks, this is probably a code to change the “Heading H1″ in the content of a post? I’m thinking of the title that automaticly is put above each post and that is generated from the filename of the post…
