    Thanks Dude, not an easy one to fix now I have a few products in my shop lol

    Ill take a look later, its been a long day :)

    But I suspect just from first glance that it isnt going to be so straightforward

    Cheers

    in reply to: Google Hatom Errors #207031

    Right im getting somewhere !!

    http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jamespictures.co.uk%2F2013%2Fpeaseland-rocks-wolfscote-dale-peak-district%2F

    Ive worked out that the hatom errors are coming from the “Related” articles at the bottom of the page as there is 4 sets of errors, and there are 4 related articles :)

    Ill be there in a min

    And for the others, all the edits are in loop-index.php so far, I just had to add the attribute “hentry” at the start of the content

    <div class='post-entry

    To

    <div class='hentry post-entry

    Now to find the related articles, im not actually 100% sure that I should add the “entry-title” attribute to the related articles, or close of the </hentry> </div> class as the related articles are not the main titles…. going to go read up

    —– UPDATE —–
    Ok so it was not the “related Articles but the shop items that I had added to the page

    If you check this link out >> http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jamespictures.co.uk%2F2013%2Fsunset-on-llanddwyn-island%2F Everything is fine

    So the problem is with the woocommerce attached items, which im not to bothered about, I guess that’s another job !!

    So all sorted all done and working, you can use this http://urbanstoic.com/how-to-fix-google-hfeed-or-hcard-warnings or any of the other listed sites to fix the Google Hatom but dont forget to add “hentry” to the opening class.

    All edits were done in includes/loop-index.php

    No just loop-index.php

    Ill edit them in the next hour or so and get back to you

    Regards

    in reply to: Google Hatom Errors #206739

    Thanks Ismael,
    I tried these edits actually myself yesterday.
    I pasted your code (similar to mine except you did each date attribute) into the index-loop.php

    As before the “Author” works but the errors still show for “Title” and “Date” attributes

    http://i.imgur.com/9TQk1Np.jpg

    Screeny of the “Title” attached, as you can see the “entry-title” attribute is in the class but its not working. I thought it was the cufon so I disabled it, but then again Google doesn’t read much javascript so it couldn’t be that. So im a little lost on this one, hence why im posting for advice

    in reply to: Google Hatom Errors #206477

    Hi Yigit

    Before posting this thread I did those edits, as suggested in your link and my link and the only one to work was the “Author” entry

    I made the edits to wp-content\themes\flashlight\includes\loop-index.php

    The “Title” and “Date” entries would not work

    Thanks

    ahhh my bad!!

    I found the culprit its not that code above…
    Its coming from the slideshow thumb previews that are generated at the bottom of the page

    <div class='fullscreen_thumb active_thumb'>
    <img src='http://resources.jamespictures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/tyr_mawr_lighthouse-48x48.jpg' title='' alt=''> </div>
    <div class='fullscreen_thumb '>
    <img src='http://resources.jamespictures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/DSC7978-48x48.jpg' title='' alt=''> </div>
    </div>

    Ive turned it off for now

    in reply to: Dark Skin features for Woocommerce product #111339

    It was actually easier than I thought,

    This code works cross browser, I just removed the -moz-use-text-color all together

    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs .panel {
    border-color:#333;
    }
    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #333333!important;
    border-color:#333;
    display: block!important;
    }
    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs li.active a {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #111111!important;
    color: #888888!important;
    }

    in reply to: Dark Skin features for Woocommerce product #111337

    Actually it still needs looking at a little, looks fantastic in Firefox, crap in Chrome still ;)

    http://www.jamespictures.co.uk/product/peak-district-photography/famous-gate/

    Ill try again, but its testing me

    in reply to: Dark Skin features for Woocommerce product #111335

    I also noticed these problems using the dark skin in the new v2.1 update and added some CSS to the custom.css

    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs .panel {
    border-color: -moz-use-text-color #333333 #333333!important;

    }
    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #333333!important;
    border-color: #333333 #333333 -moz-use-text-color!important;
    display: block!important;
    }
    #top div.product .woocommerce-tabs ul.tabs li.active a {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #111111!important;
    color: #888888!important;
    }

    That will style them dark instead of white

    in reply to: Remove "Related Products" on Shop page #111023

    Nah didnt work

    I got the error

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_upsells() on a non-object in /wp-content/themes/flashlight/woocommerce-config/config.php on line 105

    I will take a look later, im not that fussed, just would have been a nice addition

    in reply to: How to create a new page for a single blog ID #111186

    I found a way to do it !!

    You can create or link to any category in the “Menu” settings, works a treat too

    I now have a separate page just for reviews :)

    in reply to: Remove "Related Products" on Shop page #111020

    Actually I wanted to know how to remove Related Products when there are Upsells displayed if that’s possible

    in reply to: WooCommerce – Single product page missing price tag #106697

    I added this on reading the topic and then removed it straight away as it did add the price twice on my page as well

    in reply to: Background Image Advice #109102

    Sorted it, I had missed an edit to the helper-slideshow.php as I have some custom edits in there I missed editing out the unique id so we know which gallery to retrieve edit

    Sorry about this my bad

    in reply to: Background Image Advice #109101

    Im getting there, I uploaded a fresh version of the v2.1 Flashlight theme and that worked, so its something in the theme files somewhere

    in reply to: Background Image Advice #109100

    I’ve just deactivated ALL my plugins and it didn’t fix the issue, so im guessing this might be a theme issue ?

    in reply to: Background Image Advice #109099

    Yes thats the problem

    this is the default background single image >> http://www.jamespictures.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/xDSC51821.jpg.pagespeed.ic.YbROOJTZfZ.jpg

    this shows when I don’t set custom backgrounds, however I have set custom backgrounds for both articles.

    They are showing correctly on the old page v2.0 flashlight

    They are NOT showing on the new page v2.1 flashlight theme

    Im a little confused myself to be honest ( i tried changing the gallery display to other options to see if it was just the theme background but it doesn’t work on any of the other page options either, the default theme background displays instead)

    in reply to: Price Size #108781

    a point to note this may affect ALL your shop prices throughout your site

    in reply to: Price Size #108780

    Well I was going to give you some code, but this would change the normal prices, and then I re-read your post saying it is for sale items!! (thats what you get for not reading the full question!!)

    This code would change the normal prices (add it to your custom.css file)

    .price .amount {

    color: #339933;

    font-size: 150% !important;

    font-weight: normal !important;

    }

    Edit to your needs

    This would change the sale prices (Add to custom.css)

    #top div .price ins {

    color: inherit;

    font-size: 14px!important;

    }

    in reply to: Flashlight Theme issues, time for another theme? #108584

    Nick your a star, Im no good with javascipt, I use firebug but again its an area that im not very good at and I knew there was a problem as my site never finished loading!!

    Your fix seems to have sorted that

    Thank you for your kind words too

    in reply to: Flashlight Theme issues, time for another theme? #108582

    I use it for photography and its near perfect for my needs, minus the product variations, which ive managed to work around now

    Im not bothered about the cufon, I was going to remove them to make load times faster TBH

    http://www.jamespictures.co.uk/

    in reply to: Error 404 when try to see my Portfolio Items #104585

    I removed Bullet Proof Security plugin and the W3Cache plugin and my blank / 404 errors fixed them selves

    in reply to: Variation tabs #102876

    Are you using the latest v2.1 theme ?

    My featured images set fine for variable products

    The only thing you cannot do is use variable images (theme does not support that)

    If you are using v2.1 , I would deactivate ALL your 3rd party plugins and test the featured image function

    in reply to: Shop Desciption remove cufon question #108330

    Yes that fixed it!!

    Thanks Dude ;)

    in reply to: Shop Desciption remove cufon question #108328

    Ok so I think I found the problem

    Not sure if im doing this the correct way, but when I made my shop home page from the Dashboard >> Add Page I added a description in the shop page

    I also just added an image to test to see what happens, its ading cufon / styles to everything I add in the description area.

    Now ive noticed that in the woocommerce theme config.php file the page-description attribute is falling in between the following function. If I remove one of the classes from the div it fixes it, but removes the cufon from everywhere else :-/

    function avia_woocommerce_advanced_title()

    {

    echo ‘<div class=”post-title big_title bg_gallery cufon_headings”>’;

    }

    Wondering if there is anyway to cancel it out via CSS, or add a description else where, I wanted to use that area to display discounts and latest offers ect…

    in reply to: Shop Desciption remove cufon question #108327

    Nope, all standard

    my avia.js is the same as what you posted

    Let me do some digging and see where its coming from

    Has the theme got a shop page layout ? or does it come from woocommerce ?

    in reply to: Struggling with the Home Page title #108205

    So I think I found the problem

    In my Settings >> Reading Settings I still had the front page options set to

    Front page displays >> Your latest posts

    I changed it to the relevant pages and it has seemed to have fixed the home page issue :)

    Tricky one to find that was !!

    in reply to: Thumb Images Missing From Theme Widgets #105811

    Update!!!

    These have now started to work on mysite as of the v2.0 flashlight upgrade !!
