Not sure how to move the banner then. It's the only element we can reposition (there's no other div/iframe element). It works in firebug and Google Chrome dev tools....

Try following css code:

#aswift_0{
    left: 450px !important;
    top: 60px !important;
}

However many users (like me) won't see the banner because adblock plus removes it....

I don't know the plugin itself but you can reposition the banner container/div by using following css code:

position: absolute;
right: 0px;
top: 0px;

If you increase the top/right value the banner will move towards te bottom/left. However you need to apply these css values to the right div.

Hey,
we can't account for external plugins, however any valid HTML code should work as James & Dude previously mentioned. I don't see any plugin inclusion in the header area on your site, did you remove it?

H everybody,
same problem here :)
Like the customer above i'm trying to change the gallery preview with a resolution of 300x800.
The hover effect seems not working, and also problems with the large view.
Is there a documentation about how to set up the image sizes?
same for the hover lightbox, i didn't find explanation in the doc on how to fix it..

Thanks for your support

Please ignore my 3rd post, I think I got it figured out (I edited the post in HTML Mode).

So two problems remain:

1) How do I specify what image to show up in the hover over tooltip on the front page gallery?
2) The pictures do not show up correctly in the Large view mode on the front page.

Any help would be appreciated!

Here's another problem:

When I add a new post to the gallery, the image within the post has an external link even though I didn't specify any (the wall paper with the back of a girl is acting that way: http://wpwallpaper.com/sexy/theback-2/ )...

The correct way should be upon clicking the image a light box pops up (such as this: http://wpwallpaper.com/dark/ironman/ ).

Both posts seem to have the same settings in the Admin panel...so I'm baffled as to why the first one is acting that way?

I think I figured out how to change the resolution of each image in the front page gallery... I just went in to the style.css and changed the attributes to .gallery_inner and a few others. A new problem arises though, the "Large" view doesn't work correctly, as in no images are showing up in that view. Compact and Detailed views work fine.

My second problem persists...which is none of the preview tooltips (lightbox?) would show up correctly! If you hover over the images on the front page, only a small window with a star graphics (from the rating plugin) shows up....

My website is http://www.wpwallpaper.com
Let me know if you need admin access. Thanks!

Hi guys!

I'm honored to be the 200th purchaser of the Expose theme! It's such a brilliant piece of art! Kudos to Kriesi and the team :)

I am making a website for collecting Windows Phone 7 wallpapers. As such, all the images in my gallery need to have the resolution of 480x800. By default, the Expose theme supports landscape images and thumbnails. Is there anyway I could change it to portrait (width less than height)?

In addition, the hover-over pop-up of the images won't display for some reason. Is it because I'm using WordPress 3.0.1?

Thank you for your time and effort!

Yours,
Jiake

Hey,

You can easily add a button by opening header.php, finding this code:

</ul><!-- end social_bookmarks-->

and add this code just before:

<li class='facebook'><a class='ie6fix' href="http://www.facebook.com">Facebook</a></li>

You also need to choose an image to display here and save it in your themes image's folder as facebook.png or Facebook.jpg then add this CSS to the end of style.css:

.social_bookmarks .facebook a { background:url(images/twitter.png"); }

itemContainer.attr('id',$.cookie('gallery_display'));

with this:
itemContainer.attr('id','item_medium_gallery');

solved it.

thx

James did you clear your cookie cache - Expose creates one so the user doesn't need to change his prefered style everytime he loads the page. Maybe you chose Detailed view some time ago and now it appears as "default" view to you.

If I delete the cookie named "gallery_display" my default view is "Compact".

The "Detailed" option is the default (image & text as per the demo).

I've checked your site as well and the "Detailed" view is the default on loading. If you don't mean the "Detailed" view, please compare the options on the demo and let me know which view it is you'd like.

Hey!

To hide the buttons, open up style.css, find this code:

.display_buttons {
display:none !important;
float:left;
width:238px;
}

and replace it with this code:

.display_buttons { display:none !important; }

Regards,

Hi and thanks for the answer.
i just visited the demo and saw that the "compact" view is the default display as it is in the theme i bought from theme forest
take a look at it here:
http://ahuzat.webmagazine.co.il/ .

my client prefers to display only the detailed option so after configuring that i want to remove the div that contains this three buttons with a
a display none css class.

sorry for the bad English.

The default view on the demo is the Detailed view - what's your site URL?
