Hi James,

You can check this site (video tutorial): http://www.kriesi.at/themes/angular/template-files/video-tutorials/
You may notice it's using a different theme, but the theme you are using and the one on the video has the same functionalities and built on the same framework.

For other documentation materials, unzip the zip file (theme) you have downloaded from themeforest and you should see a documentation folder inside it, open the folder and open index.html file using your favorite browser.

For the height of the image, can you post a screenshot or tell us what image you are trying to adjust the height?

Regards,
Ismael

Hi bjj_james,

Kindly go to wp-content\themes\flagship\css\layout.css and find this code block (line 489):

#apply_header_bg.fullscreen_stretch{
	background-position: top center; background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: no-repeat;
	-webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover;
}

Replace it with:

/*
#apply_header_bg.fullscreen_stretch{
	background-position: top center; background-attachment: scroll; background-repeat: no-repeat;
	-webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover;
}
*/

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Hi!

You can add it to wp-content/themes/flagship/css/custom.css or into the quick css option field (theme options panel).

Best regards,

Yes Nick, the guy with the jerry curls. I did step number 1, but I had to use what was in there (frontpage) because when I create my own dynamic template, it does not give me the option for full layout...don't know why, but there it is.

Then I completed the second step, I changed the Layout to Dynamic and used the frontpage template and also changed the header background options. But when I go to preview it, I see only about 200px of the header and above that, I get the message below -

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/tandum11/public_html/reachinglocalmarkets.com/wp-content/themes/flagship/includes/helper-template-logic.php on line 112

Any thoughts?

Hi James,

What exactly do you mean 'stretched look' on the demo website, ( http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flagship/ ) The background image of the guy with jerry curls?

1) Create a dynamic template and use settings like this ( http://i.imgur.com/PCwCK.png ) call the template whatever you want just make sure to assign it to the page in the next step. The top two components in this image are very important in order to have the same look as the demo.

2) Create a page and use settings like this ( http://i.imgur.com/TQClY.png ) Notice the bottom image , that would be where you would add the main background image.

Thanks,

Nick

Moderator, how do you get that stretch look with the picture so that it is all the way across? When I bought the theme, I thought it was an option and not a code change. I am more than willing to learn, but I am not sure where to go. I log into wordpress - go to appearance - editor - and from here, I have no idea what to do. I found this bit of code on a forum div #apply_header_bg{position:fixed;} but I am not sure where to put it. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there!

I would like the header image width and height to be fixed and not resize. How can I do that?
