I had written to <a href="http://inoplugs.com/wpml">WPML</a> and was very happy to see the new version of the theme with the <a href="http://inoplugs.com/wpml">WPML</a> / AJAX PORTFOLIO bug "fixed." However, it's still acting up for me on my site (Spanish/English), in which the AJAX PORTFOLIO works splendidly in one language (Spanish, default lang.), then flops when I add Portfolio items in English. This is a bummer because I, like dixpatch, have committed to a <a href="http://inoplugs.com/wpml">WPML</a> bilingual site for my client. Are you using the latest version of the theme? We made some modifications to the way the ajax content is retrieved which should work better with <a href="http://inoplugs.com/wpml">WPML</a>.
