WooCommerce and Jigoshop won't work with it. You can test the Cart66 Lite and the PayPal Shopping Cart plugin for free and you don't risk your money. Specifically, there are three different background image plugins and I think they may be conflicting not only with one another but with the themes output in IE.</p> <p>There also seems to be some odd styling with the logo/header which may be causing issues as there are specific fixes styled for the logo in IE. First try the plugin issue and see if that helps.
