Hi Debra,

Try updating your theme to the most recent version that was updated for WooCommerce 2.0. You can do so by re-downloading the theme files from your downloads on Themeforest and then installing the theme just like you did the first time.

You will only need to make a backup of any changes you have made to the actual theme files themselves.

Regards,

Hi Dan,

You can do this steps:

1. In your WP Dashboard, Go to Appearance > Themes and activate the twentyeleven theme (or another theme available).
2. Download the latest abundance theme in Themeforest.
3. Unzip the downloaded file, open the folder that has the same name with the downloaded file.
4. Inside the folder, you should see abundance.zip, unzip this file.
5. Open the abundance folder (generated when you unzip abundance.zip), you should be able to see 2 folders, _MACOSX and abundance, open the abundance folder (you will be uploading the contents of this folder later).
6. Using an FTP software like Filezilla, connect to your remote server.
7. Go to public_html > wp-content > themes > abundance (make sure the files have a backup if you have done some customizations)
8. Upload the contents of the abundance folder via ftp and it should replace the old theme files.
9. After all the files are uploaded, go to the WP Dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes and activate the abundance theme. :)

Hope this helps. :)

You need to remove the float: left from that image so that the content below it doesn't get hidden. Just hover over the image in the visual editor and them click on the image icon to open the pop up. Next, Where it has the align options, select the non option instead of left.

The only solution I can think as of now, is to go to Appearance > Menus and add Posts to the Main Menu (If you can see the Posts metabox on the lower left, find Screen Options on the upper-right and click on it to toggle and check Posts). Hope this helps. :)

The theme itself doesn't use a "user agent" stylesheet and tbh I never came across such a file myself. Maybe a plugin adds it to your website or Chrome interprets the css media queries (which can be found in css/grid.css and css/layout.css) as "user agent stylesheet"...

Hi,

Yes, before we rip it out though, in the code there are directions saying that its a shortcode and you should look for it in the content of the page when you edit it. Here is what it says:

This is a gallery, created with the default
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode">WordPress Gallery Option</a>.
The Image size of gallery pics is set automatically when the theme is activated,
all you have to do then is to insert a gallery with a max of 7 columns to make
it look like the one in the demo. Since this Page is a subpage, nested to the
Templates page, a sidebar with all siblings appears by default.

Shortcode:

[gallery link="some-name" columns="some-number"]

Do you see anything like the above shortcode when you edit that page.. it would be in the big content text area?

If you don't see anything then please add this to the Quick CSS file in the admin backend > Abundance > Theme Options > Styling on the bottom of the page or to the custom.css file
The css below will switch off the gallery.

#top .summary .gallery{
display: none !important;
}

The form with the item count and button is tricky, since there are many of them and grabbing the entire page worth of code and finding it a new home will require you to re-do the move each time the plugin will get updated.

However the css below should work, though I can't be certain until you start adding different product types, then it will have to be tweaked a little. Also please add this to Quick CSS

#top form.cart {
position: absolute;
left: 194px; /* lower the number, the higher it goes */
top: 290px; /*lower the number , to left it goes*/
}

The words 'In Stock' can also be moved, however when something is out of stock, or any of the various messages WooCommerce displays it will be in its original position. Prior to using the code below see if its current location is to your liking. The code below will move those 2 words somewhere by the new location of the button we just moved in the earlier step:

#top div .stock {
color: hsl(80, 37%, 44%);
position: absolute;
top: 270px; /* lower the number, the higher it goes */
left: 194px; /*lower the number , to left it goes*/
}

Thanks,

Hi,

So you basically have two sets of thumbnail images and want one of them removed? Something like this -> http://i.imgur.com/aTv7q.jpg ?

Thanks,

Hope you can help me resolve an issue with multiple product images. My website is http://www.inspiredchoice.biz.

Firstly, I am trying to create multiple images on the product pages, similar to this theme:
http://themeforest.net/item/wordpress-sold-responsiveecommerce-theme/full_screen_preview/3059355

What I've managed to do is this:
http://www.inspiredchoice.biz/shop/orchid-essence-beauty-moisturiser/

I only want one large image on the page but have smaller thumbnail images below it that people can click on to change the main image. Like in the example above.

I have one main image in the Featured Image box and added the other images to the Product Short Description area.

Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Or do I need an extra plugin for this sort of feature?

Thanks,

Debra

Hi,

For making customization to your theme's CSS, we recommend that you install and get to know Firebug ( http://getfirebug.com/css ) and Google Chrome developer tools ( https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/overview ) browser add-on. Firebug is a free web development tool that integrates into Firefox and Chrome browsers and assists in monitoring, debugging and editing of any website's CSS, HTML, DOM, and JavaScript files.

Once installed, this easy to follow video will show you the basics of Firebug – http://vimeo.com/20917974 and get you on your way to customizing your theme like a pro.

Below you will find the version number of the latest update release of your theme. Please make sure that the version number listed below matches the version number of your theme. To find your theme's version number, please look at the very top of the style.css file located inside your theme folder.

If your theme has a lower version number than the number listed below, please log into themeforest using the account you used to purchase the theme, then download and install the latest update before reporting a bug or requesting support.
