Tbh I didn't test the e-commerce plugins with Choices. WooCommerce and Jigoshop won't work with it. You can test the Cart66 Lite and the PayPal Shopping Cart plugin for free and you don't risk your money. The Tribulant Shopping cart worked very well with Vevet and since version 1.6.9 you can create "product entries" by using a custom post type.

Hi,

For you to know, there's a conflict between the last woocommerce and the SEO pluggin by Yoast.
If variations on a product, won't be able to upload pictures in a sustainable way.
Have to desactivate except if somebody got a trick to make it ok.

Mortus, I just posted this question and came up with a solution although it seems to have one bug for me. Take a look at the last two entries on this thread: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/customizing-box-shape-of-menu-and-content-area-hiding-menu-on-landing-page
Maybe it will work for you.

Please apologise the delay answering, didn't set up the rss...
regarding the display widget which didn't work with last abundance version I don't know why but what happened is that it wouldn't display any widgets if turned on so I changed for Dynamic Widgets, it's even better and gives more flexible possibilities.

Hi Martijn,

Its been looked over but with no posts I believe there wasn't a deeper resolution. Thinking about the whole thing again, I'm betting there was an issue with an undefined height, padding or margin. IE is a bit sensitive if you don't specifically tell it a div has no padding sometimes.

Hi ebouille,

A fullscreen background is just that full screen - there is no ending point. If you scroll down the photo will simply expand. So if I understand what you're trying to accomplish, the widget/menu area has to set on top of the full screen background not below (after) it.

In order to do that you would need to add z-index to your div's CSS like Martjin talked about. If you can post a link to your website then may be able to give you specifics.

Thanks for helping Martijn!

What doe you mean with After the fullscreen background? If you don't see anything it is probably the Z-index. You have to style your new div or widget in your CSS and add a large Z-index to show it in front of the fullscreen slider.

Hello Ebouille,

Try the following thing:

In your functions .php add the follow line:
register_sidebar(array('name'=>'YOUR CUSTOM NAME',));

Then open your footer.php or where ever you want a custom made widget area and add this line:

<?php if ( !function_exists('dynamic_sidebar') || !dynamic_sidebar('YOUR CUSTOM NAME') ) : ?><?php endif; ?>

If you go to your widgets you will see on the right a new tab with your added custom name. Drag and drop your widget to it. For more control you can add a div arround the code in you footer area.
