I am using wordbooker which posts blog updates to my facebook page. Once I loaded flashlight something went wrong with wordbooker and I had the same problem you have. I didn't realise what it was until today, I deactivated it, reactivated it and went to its settings. I switched off everything except posting to my facebook page ( I already use add this for facebook and social media buttons) and now it's ok.
