A list of recommended plugins can be found here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/useful-plugins - I'd suggest to use plugins like WP eStore , Simple Paypal Shopping Cart or Cart 66 with Avisio because they integrate seamlessly into any theme.

That works Ismael for the Template Builder page, but now the Blog post headings are back to Black font... have a look:

Hello Ismael,

Well that almost worked, but I couldn't use the unified code you sent unfortunately. I still have one issue.

HEADING COLOR FOR INDIVIDUAL PAGES USED IN MY THEME BUILDER PAGE: Its still showing up as Dark Gray/Black: http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/taste-guide/

Here's the Quick CSS code I'm using so far and thank you for all of this. Note that I've separated out h3.widgettitle as I needed to increase its font size:

h3.widgettitle {
color: #594519!important; font-size: 20px!important;
}
div.title_container > h1.cufon_headings,
div.title_container > h3.cufon_headings {
color: #594519!important;
}

.post-entry > h1.cufon_headings {
color: #594519!important;font-size: 20px!important;
}

or you can use this instead of using all the codes above:

h1.page-title,
h3.widgettitle,

Hi again Ismael,
I spoke too soon. Two more css codes are needed apparently.

If you take a look at the Marco Paolo Chocolates Taste Guide page (http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/taste-guide/) you'll see that the page titles for each page that makes up this template are still Black/Grey - they should be Brown.

If you go to the Blog page (http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/news-and-press/) you'll see that the Blog posting titles are also
Black - and they should be Brown as well.

THANKS!!

Hello Ismael,

That's perfect. Thank you very much for getting back to me with these color css statements. I would suggest adding this kind of color manipulation to the Styling Options for all of your themes - and perhaps a font sizing mechanism too. Best regards,

Hey Ismael,
That's better but we're not quite all the way there yet. Your code changes the font color for regular pages and widget titles - WONDERFUL. Now what's the code to change the Font color on the home page and the Taste Guide pages. These are both pages constructed using your sensational Template Builder. Again, the pages in question are the home page of the site, and the Taste Guide: http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/taste-guide/.

The Taste Guide is just a collection of 9 separate pages - one Truffle listing per page.

The Home Page's template contains the separate 'Home' page, plus slideshow and Recent Posts modules.

THANK YOU!!

Kindly go to Abundance > Theme Options > Styling > Quick CSS(located on the bottom of the styling).

Then try to add this code inside the Quick CSS box:
h3.widgettitle {

Hello Dudes,

Using the Abundance theme, how do I change the font color for page titles, and Widget headings (and size)? I've looked in custom.css to no avail.

Here's a link to a sample page in the site under development: http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/adventures-in-chocolate/chocolate-and-wine-pairing/

You can see that the title 'Chocolate Wine Pairing' is in a dark grey, as are the widget titles. I'd like to change these to the dark brown used for the content font color.

Thanks,

Oh that's much better! Last question about the header, I promise. Now that I can adjust the height of the header container, is there any way to decrease the gap between the top of my banner, and the top of the web page? It looks like its set to be about 25pixels. Thanks!

Hey Jim,

Sorry about that! What you'll need to modify is actually:

#header.boxed .container{
height: 230px;
}

So stick that into your Quick CSS and see if it looks good for you.

Hi Devin,
Thanks for getting back to me. Would you please go to http://marcopaolochocolates.com/wordpress/ and take a look at the banner in the header? It is 650x150pixels. I have inserted this code into the CSS Styling box: #top .bg-logo, #top .bg-logo a{width:650px; height: 300px;} giving it a larger height than I need for testing. As you can see, the height descriptor doesn't appear to do anything - you can see that the lower 25 pixels or so of the banner logo are being cut off. Ideally I would like to have space between the bottom of the banner logo and the top of the main navigation bar. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi Jamesgeiger,

You can definitely put more than one class/ID modification in the Custom CSS box.

In your example CSS, you are modifying two things for the logo: Width and Height. So if you need to adjust the space the logo takes up, you can adjust those two values to try and make it fit without really messing anything else up.

Hope this helps!

Hi Kriesi,

In another post you gave this code: #top .bg-logo, #top .bg-logo a{
width:400px; height: 200px;}

But when I applied it to the CSS box it actually broke the home page of my Abundance Theme'd site, so I had to remove it. When you put more than one CSS statement in the Quick CSS box, I assume that just placing the statements on their own lines (hard return between items) would be sufficient. Am I correct, or is the Quick CSS box just for one CSS adjustment only? Thank you!

Hey,

Can you check that you have also added the categories to the portfolio page under the Theme Options?

Hi!
First off- what a beautiful theme! Now if we can get it to work correctly. I added a new portfolio item, just text, and assigned it two categories (also new). It doesn't show up on the portfolio page - whether the three column or four column sortable.

The url to the site (very much still under development) is: http://gmclavoices.org/blog

Thank-you for your help!
