Need help on a couple of items related to the below page please.</p> <p>1) When I place the mouse on the slideshow there is an image overly effect. I would like to remove this function but have been unable to do it so far. Need guidance here..</p> <p>2) There is a navigation bar on the top left and some arrows on the top right of the slide show that I need to be moved a bit higher on the page.
