Hi Pijer,

The default image height and width of the slideshow image is 990 x 400px (unless this is changed in functions.php, this is the least height and width that should be uploaded). Also you need to upload the image with the same aspect ratio, to make sure the slideshow image would look great. Can you post a link to your site? so we can see what it looks like.

Regards,
Ismael

I had the same problem. If an image is taller than it is wide, then because of the CSS the image is stretched horizontally.

You need to do 2 things in slideshow.css,

1. Don't auto resize the images.
FIND (line 81 for me),
#top .slideshow li img{
width: 100%;

REPLACE WITH
#top .slideshow li img{
/*width: 100%;*/

2. Add a background color for the LI element that contains the image.

FIND (line 61 for me),
#top .slideshow li{

REPLACE WITH
#top .slideshow li{
background-color: #fff;

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I am sorry, would you please describe the problem in greater detail or please provide a link, since it's difficult to suggest a course of action with so little information to base it on.

Thanks,

Hello,
pictures that are in height in slideshow are blured. How can I make them sharp the same way the images positioned in width are? Thank You for Your support. petr
