Hey,
1) You can select the alignment in the slideshow options panel (which can be found on the post/page editor page) - first select "2D Featured Slideshow" in the slideshow option panel. Then scroll down to the "Add featured Media" panel. There you can select the image position in the dropdown box under "Image Size and Position" (i.e. left, right, fullsize).

2) Add following css code to css/custom.css:

.slideshow_container_featured {
    margin: 90px auto -52px;
}

3) Same as 1) :)

Three related questions please:

1. How can I change the slider images to have them sitting on the right? Or alternate if possible..

2. How can I have the slider image not go into the logo, at the moment it goes too high. I can't see that size in the manual and have already adjusted one of the images to 350 height to try, which made no difference..

3. How can I have slider images like yours where the larger one is in the front of the smaller one? Mine shows the smaller in front.

thanks
U

Hey,

Starting with a fresh copy of index.php, open it up, find and delete this code:

if(is_object($k_option['custom']['slider'])) $k_option['custom']['slider']->display('Mainpage Slider');

Replace it with:

<a class="home-featured-image" href="YOUR-LINK-HERE" alt="IMAGE-TITLE-HERE"><img src="http://www.lastsurvivorsaga.com/lsnew.gif" alt="IMAGE-TITLE-HERE" /></a>

Then add this to the end of style.css:

a.home-featured-image { width: 940; height: 420; margin: 0 auto; }

James

Hello there! I recently purchased this theme, and love it!

However, I am trying to instead of have the slider, replace it with an animation.

The website I am working on is http://www.lastsurvivorsaga.com

and I want the animation to move. It should look like this- http://www.lastsurvivorsaga.com/lsnew.gif . Instead the image is static, which I do not want.

Im not sure if it is the file type, or how to work it exactly.

Figured I would ask and see. I tried editing the file, and it got all messed up.

Any help would be great!

Sorry, I forgot all that I really knew about PHP and such. I figure it has something to do with the frontpage_slider file...

Thanks a bunch!
