Hi SoftFocus,

Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

#top .template-portfolio-overview .inner_box .entry-content {
display: none;
}

Hi SoftFocus,

You can use a plugin like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

Look for the image size for the product thumbnails thats 200x140. Make sure its set to not crop and that should do it.

Also please disable the no-right-click-images plugin when putting in support topics. It makes it one step more difficult to go through and remove the script so we can quickly identify css and the like. Also anything you put online is able to be saved, so I never recommend them if your goal is to keep your images from being used without permission.

Regards,

The gallery shortcode is part of the text content and if you want to display the gallery above the headline you'd need to display the entire post/portfolio text content above the headline. Maybe you can use the do_shortcode function in combination with the gallery shortcode (see http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode ) but this would also affect ALL posts/portfolio entries.

Hi if you look at this page, http://www.softfocus.co.za/photography/portfolio-item/va-waterfront-cape-town/ you will see that I have 2 galleries.

The first is using the [gallery] and the second is from selecting 'image list' under Gallery Layout in the option of the post.

Now my question is, how can I move the second gallery to the location of the first, so that I can place it where I like on the page and not have it always default to the bottom. I like the larger images that the second shows but don't like them below everything else

Thanks

Hi SoftFocus,

The Flexible Grid Gallery option will load in images dynamically but no, I don't think any of the gallery options support paging at this time.

I'll double check with Kresi and put it in as a feature request if there indeed is not anything now.

Example of the Flexible Grid here: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/portfolio-item/masonry-portfolio-example-flexible/

Hi SoftFocus,

I think he means to break down each css selection into its own entry however I'm not sure that will solve the issue for you. I believe this is a conflict with one of the themes javascript files and the plugin used to load in the facebook content. I know when others have run into this, they found the easiest solution was to just remove the spinning circle loading gif from the theme files so that it did not get attempted to load by the javascript.

The file to be removed is at flashlight/images/skin-minimal/loading.gif.

Regards,

Hi Devin

yes I changed it to next gen because the built in gallery would load all images on the page and take forever. Is there no solution to this, being able to create a page navigation into your gallery

Hi Ismael

Thank you for your reply. I tried the first code in custom.css, but it totally removed the iframe.
The second didn't do anything. What do you mean by "try to use each selector one at a time" maybe I'm missing something

Thanks

Hello,

Please try to drop this on your custom.css

.entry-content iframe, .entry-content embed, .entry-content object {
display: none
}

If it doesn't work please try to use each selector one at a time. Example below.

.entry-content object {
display: none;
}

Hope this helps.

Regards,
