Unfortunately the theme doesn't have support for that level of widget logic where you are defining the order of the areas based on the specific page. I don't have much experience with the above plugin, but it does handle that kind of thing from what others have said. Generally speaking, if you want to add an unique sidebar to any page you go to Propulsion > Theme Options > Sidebar and create and sidebar for that page. Afterwards you go to Appearance > Widgets and whatever widgets you want to the sidebar you just created. To arrange the order you drag and drop accordingly in that widget area.
