Then disable any other plugins that you have active.</p> <p>When creating a new product, you should only use the Flashlight image gallery to Upload a new image for that product. It should show up in the meta box below the visual editor after uploading.</p> <p>Then try saving the product like normal and that should do it.</p> <p>If not, create a temporary admin account for me so that I can log in and take a look at whats going on. At that point you just switch the virtual hosts. Google though will notice that the pages are newer. Yes the tooltips are definitely turned on in the main settings. If you go to the homepage, and click on "hide sidebar", the best way I've found to see this issue is to put your mouse cursor at the top border of the thumbnails. You'll see the tooltip quickly slide down and fade as it goes down out of frame. If you put your cursor lower on the thumbnail, it'll run into the tooltip on it's way down, and it'll quickly reset or something. Another way you can also tell this happened is the pointer immediately turns back into your normal mouse cursor.
