It looks like you have some errors with your page cache. First thing to try would be flushing your W3 Total Cache cache and see if that helps.

Hi MtnStreamGroup,

I'm not sure about the php version question, I know Kriesi did an update on most of the themes some time ago to address some php issues but I don't see any notes on it in the changelogs now.

The wordpress error shouldn't be happening I believe. At least, I'm not getting anything like that with the most recent version of the theme, wordpress and WooCommerce right now so you could try re-installing the theme and making sure everything is properly updated.

I have a custom font I would like to apply to my headers, could you recommend the best way to do that.

I have a plugin that puts custom code into page headers and I'm trying to use Typekit, which uses an @fontface.
So with a Typekit in place I put my code in the header, and apply it to the H1 and H2 tag in the custom CSS, but no luck.

I also tried a plugin called Use Any Font, but it seems to only work for Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Devin if I wanted to make the badges round circles and align left how would I do that? On second glance it appears to be round circles and aligned left on product page and is a rounded rectangle/bar on category pages. How do I make them the same?

Hi Dux,

I'm not really sure how they added that in. It could have been done in the header.php file or even the page.php but it doesn't look like anything from the theme features.

What you could do, is use page template from the Template Builder and create layouts similar to that though they would be using the themes slideshow at the top instead of the kind of image that is custom added in.

Hey!

Yes, there're some differences between IE8/9 and Chrome/Firefox. Especially many css3 stylings are missing if you're using IE8/9 because the browser simply don't support them.

I figured out the version issue is in the Style.css. I didn't upgrade Style.css because of the date that was attached to the file that was in place and that its size was larger then the new one. However, doing a side by side comparison the code is the same in both.

Using the Abundance theme, I would like to insert an image below the mega menu and above the main content container. I am seeing this being done with another Abundance page that I found (see link below) but I cannot seem to figure out how they are accomplishing this. It appears that the change is being performed using header.php. I would also like the flexibility of doing this on a per page basis somehow. Meaning I would like to have the ability to change that image for individual pages. Any help is greatly appreciated. Loving the Abundance theme.

Ok, I think it's definitely a server configuration issue. I tested to remove the entire php code from dialog.php and I still get the error. Then I added another test file with a php extension and this file didn't work too. However js files in the same directory work (eg http://thefallen.sandsculptureice.co.uk/wp-content/themes/abundance/framework/php/avia_shortcodes/tinymce/editor_plugin.js ). I'd contact the hoster/server provider and ask the support staff why the server blocks the access to some php files.

The problem is that your server can't execute dialog.php: http://thefallen.sandsculptureice.co.uk/wp-content/themes/abundance/framework/php/avia_shortcodes/tinymce/dialog.php which is required for the popup window which contains the shortcode generator.

Hi Dux,

Without seeing it live or knowing exactly how the image is added in, as well as its size there isn't much we can do.

All css rules for background placement are here: http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_background.asp

The main thing is that the image will only stretch if the container stretches, so if in IE for some reason that isn't happening there may or may not be anything we can do. It really just depends on exactly how the image is being added in and how IE is reading it.

Hi Andy,

I've sent a response. The error i'm getting when trying to use it indicates either a missing file or possibly a conflict with the sub domain. But try re-installing those files I mentioned in the email via FTP first.

Regards,

Sorry, I do not have it live yet. CSS is the standard config from the abundance theme currently since it is in the beginning phases of development. The problem is Internet Explorer will not scale the background image at all when the window size changes. The background image in IE stays a static size as the screen resizes which causes the image to not stretch edge to edge. Chrome and Firefox are ok. They do scale the image as the window size changes. Thank you for any assistance you can provide and I apologize again for not having a live example.

Can you give us a link to the website? Maybe we can fix this with a simple css modification.
