1) Try to deactivate & (re)activate all third party extensions.

2) Try to create another admin account - maybe just the current account is affected by this bug.

Hello!

Due the security issues with wordpress admin accounts I created a new administrator account and deleled the admin. Since then my dashboard is missing the portfolio tab. Fortunate my portfolio items are still accessible via Eunoia\Theme Options\Portfolio\ link write/edit a portfolio item. However it lacks easy access to the portfolio and the features of the "Post Types Order" plugin.

Any advice?

Thanks,

When in the WP admin tool using the Coherence theme several of the buttons/links won't work when clicked.

Below is an specific example:
Buttons work when: On the main Dashboard if you click "Screen Options" or "Help" the menu's come down and work as expected.
Same buttons stop working: When I go to edit a blog post or a page the same as above no longer work. When I click on them they add to the URL string, the request is sent but nothing happend. For example "#screen-options-wrap" or "#contextual-help-wrap" is added to the URL.

I am using WP 3.3.2 using a newly created account on Dreamhost.com. I used the one click install and uploaded the theme using the admin panel.

Hi there,

I've made my website in the local PC, and now i finish and put it all in the test server (to show to my client) - http://www.bitimage.com.br/clientes/tecelagemRiviera/.

Then i have 2 issues:

1) when i log in the admin area, i had this message: "Without sufficient permissions to access this page."
2) All of the customizations in the template are lost (client logo, banner, home page set up)

Doubt: Is there a registration to the template to work on a specific URL?
If yes, how can i 1) develop the website locally, then 2) sow it to my client (not in the final URL)?

Thanks since now!

Hey,
I wasn't able to reproduce your problem, are you certain there aren't any plugins interfering with the theme's dashboard modifications? You can try disabling your plugins to see if this solves anything. Also be certain to have the latest Wordpress version installed. Let us know if it works :)

Hi Guys,

I've installed the theme and my pages and posts have disappeared from the admin list.

they are still accessible via the web, the page count is still the right number but the list itself is 1 long.

I've reverted back to an old theme (and tried another) and had no issues ... any thoughts?

The AddType x-mapp-php5 .php code has worked for me on some hosts but not others. If specifically tells your site to use PHP 5 (which should be available) and is only intended for hosts using PHP4 as default. If you get weird bugs or "white screen of death" then undo the change.

It may also be worth checking with your host how much memory is available to your site, a minimum of 64Mb should be available but the higher it is the faster the site will run.

Thanks for the reply. FTP upload works fine. A friend has the same issue with the built-in uploader.... seems to work for some and not for others. A moderator on the WP forums suggested the following:

"Try adding AddType x-mapp-php5 .php to the top of your WordPress .htaccess file. "

Haven't tried it yet though.

Hi!

This sounds like a memory issue.

I recommend uploading via FTP / SFTP if you get issues with WordPress' built in uploader.

Do you get any error message?

Best regards,
James

The "Installers" located in the admin pages of WP3.0 aren't doing their job. So when trying to upload the theme, it says "Installing...." but nothing ever comes of it. Same for when I want to upgrade a plugin, it says "Downloading upgrade..." but again nothing ever happens from it. Any suggestions?

Sorry but that doesnt work that way. Since the tabs are added dynamicaly and the behaviour as well you would need to completly rewrite the click trigger for the existing tabs in your javascript or add a new one, both options are pretty time consuming. If you are not familiar with jQuery I would recommend to hire someone for you who can do the job, probably takes an hour or two with testing and debugging :)

Sorry that I cant fix this with a quick and dirty solution :)
