1) Navigate to the flashlight/js folder and rename avia_fullscreen_slider.js to avia_fullscreen_slider.js_bak.

2) Then rename avia_fullscreen_slider-not-minified.js to avia_fullscreen_slider.js

3) Now open up avia_fullscreen_slider.js and replace:

data.options = $.extend(defaults, options);
data.slides = slider.find(data.options.slides).css({display:'none'});

with:

data.options = $.extend(defaults, options);
if(jQuery('body').hasClass('home')) data.options.animationSpeed = 1500;
data.slides = slider.find(data.options.slides).css({display:'none'});

You can use any other value and you're not limited to 1500. The value needs to be in ms - so 1500 converts to 1,5 seconds.

Hi fameless,

You can edit the page you have set as the Frontpage and below the content, you can see the Slideshow Options, and change the Slidehsow autorotation duration (the numbers are represented in seconds).
Also change Background Gallery Transition from slide to Fade
Save it and it should be good to go. :)

Regards,

Hi!
At first, the perfect theme! very nice and easy!!! Thank you!

İs there any way to change animationSpeed using fading gallery but only at the homepage? So it should stay the same on the inside galleries but be slower at the main page

Thank you in advance

Hello,

Hello try to load the image on the theme > images folder not on the Wordpress image upload. Wordpress is cropping the image that is why it is not animating. Then insert the image with the src=http://towardsparenthood.org.au/wp-content/themes/broadscope/images/gifimage.gif. Something like that.

I found the answer in another area. This was the issue:

The javascript files can't be found on your server - they are needed for the website effects (transition, etc.).
If I want to view the javascript files in my browser i get an 404 error:
Example:
http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin/wp-content/themes/cubit-6-in-1-business-portfolio-theme-sourceFolder/cubit/js/custom.js?ver=3.0.1
or
http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin/wp-content/themes/cubit-6-in-1-business-portfolio-theme-sourceFolder/cubit/js/jquery-1.3.1.min.js?ver=3.0.1
please unpack the cubit folder and upload all files to your server - the path indicates that you did unpack ALL files (including psd and documentation) and not only the theme files. Unpack only cubit.zip and upload it to your themes directory. The path should look like
http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin/wp-content/themes/cubit/js/jquery-1.3.1.min.js?ver=3.0.1
instead of
http://www.myninjaplease.com/navin/wp-content/themes/cubit-6-in-1-business-portfolio-theme-sourceFolder/cubit/js/jquery-1.3.1.min.js?ver=3.0.1

Hello,

Love the cubit theme ... but my animation in the banner images and the navigation bar no longer work. I think a plugin interfered with the jquery file. So ... I the Wordpress files from the server (but not the PHP database) and downloaded the Cubit theme again ... and uploaded both to the server. Still ... the animation is not working. I also uploaded the cubit theme to another WordPress site I have ... and the animation doesn't on the menu either. (These sites are not related.) I am at a loss.

I'm getting the same problem that other people have had with other themes in regards to random white dots appearing in IE8 in the black areas of images that are being animated. I've tried to fix this by putting a black background on the images but they are in a canvas element and the black background goes beyond the image and fills the screen.

Is there anyway to fix this? Need help urgently, client is about to jump ship because of this!

Hi Dude, thanks, but I mean the slight bounce shift before it moves out. It currently all comes in at once. I was wondering if all the layers move out at once, but slide in with a separated slight bounce shift when elements are moving in to place.

Hey Guys,

Really liking the slideshow animation transition for this theme on the main page at the top.
Something i'd really like to do and would like to know how it is possible is to make the slides animate when the slide in, rather than slide out. E.g. http://www.apple.com/au/imac/

How do I remove the animation from the menus? I have 3 levels of drop down menus, created using the 'custom menu' and I would like them to be static.

I tried slowing it dowm=n as I read in a previous post, but that did not really work for me. Thanks
