Hi jakedohm,

The browser determines what a user does with an mp3 file. The theme's only add-on/plugin type feature for the sermons is to put them into the player so that they can be be controlled by the user from the sermon(s) page.

There are some solutions available to force certain file types to download on the users end but they are out of our area of support.

Regards,

Is there a way to add link to directly download the linked audio for a sermon? As you will see I've set one up that goes to the audio file, but it doesn't go to direct download. Is there a way for it to automatically start downloading? I thought you guys should have a plugin or something.
Here's the website: http://sovereignredeemerchurch.com/sermons/

Thanks

Hey! Guess this is more of a woocommerce issue than a theme issue and I am not sure how one could automatically change that. What you can try is to register at the woocommerce forum and ask your questions there, a lot of modifications for our customers have started there:

http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/

(just press the free download button and fill out the form to get access to the wocommerce forum ;) )

Thanks Devin,
I knew about the option to hide "out of stock" products....but I am trying to keep both options showing AND possibly to highlight which product is still available or not for sale. It could be by changing price to zero; OR changing the color or the price for every product 'out of stock'; OR by automatically displaying a big watermark "OUT OF STOCK" on top of the preview images at the Store.

make sense..? please let me know if any ideas....Thanks again.!

Hi Artbyarch,

Although I am not sure about automatically changing the price to zero, you can have WooCommerce still display products that are out of stock.

Under the Inventory tab in your WooCommerce settings, make sure the checkbox for "Hide out of stock items from the catalog" is not checked.

Regards,

Hi,

Any idea on how a product's price could be automatically changed to 0(zero) after it hits 'out of stock' condition..?
I am asking this since I am keeping the product for show, but no need to display the price after it got sold.
Thanks for any help.

Hey,
this is not possible because a custom script + framework changes would be required (script which extracts images, resizes it, etc.)...

Hi,
is there a possibility to automatically use the first image in a blogpost as "featured media"?
I have more than 800 articles importet from my old blog and inserting for every post a featured image is a lot of work ;-)

Mainly it´s about to show the images in the "related posts" area...

Thank You,
Rene
