Do you mean there is supposed to be a file folder with HTML files in it. Actually there is not a &lt; head &gt; section in any of these template_ files:</p> <ul> <li>template_blog.php</li> <li>template_contact.php</li> <li>template_fullwidth.php</li> <li>template_portfolio.php</li> </ul> <p>So I looked into the most obvious "header.php" and hmmmm no commented out list of CSS files linked there either.</p> <p>Let's move on to the next most obvious: index.php and page.php . . . . nope no head section in either of those either of course and again . . . . no commented out list of CSS files linked there either.</p> <p>I'm stumped. This should be simple. Maybe misunderstanding the documentation references.
