Hey,
1) You can select different skins. Go to Aviso Options > "Avisio" General Options and select the skin of your choice there (Default, Dark, Minimal).

2) Then go to Appearance > Background and underneath the headline "Display Options" enter any hex color value of your choice - it will affect the color sheme (bg colors, headlines, etc.).

I did search here on Color Scheme Change and found no reference similar to the documentation.

Regarding changing the Color Scheme of Avisio, the only reference I found in the Documentation says:

"To change the color scheme open the html template files file and look into the html head, here you will find style1.css linked and the others as comments. just exchange the one linked with one of the files in the comments and you switched color scheme."

Maybe we could be just a little more specific . . . OR . . . dumb it down for me a little (Apparently I require it and apologize), by stating the actual name of the file to be "Switched" to one of the other color scheme .CSS files.

= = = = = I pulled the Documentation statement apart piece by piece trying to find out about = = = = =

To change the color scheme open the html template files file

What "html template files file? Do you mean there is supposed to be a file folder with HTML files in it. A file of html template files? There is no such directory.

= = = = = = = = = =

"here you will find style1.css linked and the others as comments."

Are we to "Assume" you are referring to other .CSS file links commented out that have other names by color similar to or exactly as the colors named in the "Style Switcher" on the demo page?

I looked at every template file to find the elusive commented out list of alternate .css file links were not in the head sections. Actually there is not a < head > section in any of these template_ files:

template_blog.php

template_contact.php

template_fullwidth.php

template_portfolio.php

So I looked into the most obvious "header.php" and hmmmm no commented out list of CSS files linked there either.

Let's move on to the next most obvious: index.php and page.php . . . . nope no head section in either of those either of course and again . . . . no commented out list of CSS files linked there either.

I'm stumped. This should be simple. Maybe misunderstanding the documentation references. Right now I'm feeling a little inept.

Please help.

Obviously I am such a dummy I actually need to ask what the exact name of the file that needs to be changed and what directory will I find it in?

This is a beautiful theme and apparently from what I saw from the list of those using it, many have been able to find what I have not as they are using alternate color themes. Personally I want to use the one that is labled "Strong Red" on the "Style Switcher".

Thank you support folks in advance for putting up with me being so thick headed.
