Turn out it must be a problem with the USPS plugin. I have all of the plugins active except for that one and it seems to be working. What should I do? Thanks.

In that case, disable all other active plugins first and check things out again.

Then, check your pages and make sure you only have *one* page for the shop, checkout, cart etc. Then check your pages *trash* and make sure anything inside of it is permanently deleted.

Last, re-set all your woocommerce page settings in the woocommerce settings and try everything again.

If at that point it still causes issues, switch the theme to one of the default wordpress themes and try the checkout again. If at that point you are still having issues, there may be an issue in the whole wordpress/woocommerce setup.

Hi,
The pages are all set to the pages that I want. I double checked and the code is in all the pages as well. I went to the permalinks pages and changed everything to default but I am still running into the same problem.

Hi zealouslongboards,

In your WooCommerce settings, the pages that woocommerce uses are selected in Settings>Pages. So make sure each of your pages (shop, cart, checkout etc) are all selected and pointing to the correct pages there.

Then, if you are still having issues try changing the wordpress permalinks to the default setting in wordpress Settings>permalinks in case there is a slug name conflict or something like that.

Regards,

I cannot see them now. The cart and checkout page contains nothing. Please check the Cart page, then place this code on the Editor

[woocommerce_cart]

Customers can add products to the cart but when clicking on the cart or checkout page only the heading shows up and that is all. I tried switching back to the TwentyTwelve theme and everything was there. Thanks very much.

The ones above are in addition to those added with 1.3.1. So installing the update gets you to the point where the above fixes would be needed but also generally 1.3 was the theme update to add Woocommerce 2.0 support.

You are still using Replete version 1.2. You need to download the most recent version of the theme files from your Downloads on Themeforest and then re-install the theme files on top of your current theme files to update and add in the WooCommerce 2.0 specific changes.

To be honest I'm not sure how I can help you in this case because
1) The culprit is not the theme (because a theme switch doesn't change anything and you're still unable to use the add to cart button).
2) The hoster does not provide any logs which would help us to find the problem.

I'd suggest to install woocommerce on another server from hoster. We have no other user reports regarding a broken add to cart function. Some users report that they've an issue with the ajax add to cart - however that's a different problem and not related to the standard "php based" add to cart functionality.

Imho this is not a plugin/wordpress/woocommerce configuration problem but a server problem and you can't do anything on the admin side.

You can also try to contact the woocommerce support staff: http://www.woothemes.com/support/ - maybe they stumbled over a similar problem in the past.

I spoke to Godaddy - and they dont provide error logs for site based failures. Today, I completely uninstalled wordpress and reinstalled WP - and also Re-installed Replete Theme.

I have the beginnings of a website - but it STILL DOES NOT WORK. It wont response to the "Add to Cart" when user clicks.

I urgently need this to be fixed. Maybe I am doing something wrong on my Admin side?

Any more suggestions?

Thank you

Please ask your hosting provider (godaddy) if they can provide error logs or help you to debug the issue somehow. If 1-3) didn't solve the issue it's definitely a WooCommerce and/or server configuration issue because we eliminated all other "possible culprits".

I spent some time on the phone today with my hosting provider (godaddy) to see if there was anything I can do to increase the memory. I even created a new php.ini file and increased the memory there. But that also did not work.
