You will need to use ftp to update the theme . so make a backup because every theme file will be over written (unless you first compare the current version to new version using winmerge.org on windows). You should put the styles into classes and also create 4 classes for the 4 widths. The 4 classes for the widths would then be inside 4 different media queries , each for a specific screen size. Because right now your table can never be smaller than 358+75+30+51 pixels = 511px or so. Since the iPhone portrait view is smaller than 511 pixels you run into a problem. You can try using % instead of pixels or use media queries as I wrote earlier to make this problem go away. I am pretty sure that Choices theme has a shortcode for a table that is responsive , please look for it in add/edit post or page.under the dropdown box.
