Then try to switch the theme to twentyeleven or twentyten theme (or any available themes except cleancut). If you have some customization to your cleancut theme, create a backup of it also. Then get the latest version of the theme from Themeforest, upload the theme and switch it back to cleancut. Then if the slider is working, try to enable the plugins one by one.
