I asked the same question (support staff from zoom plugin) and got following answer:

Hi,

There are 2 options if you want to use zoom effect only.

1. Use Magic Zoom instead of Magic Zoom Plus.

2. On Magic Zoom Plus plugin settings page just set the 'Use effect on product
page' parameter to 'Zoom'.

Best regards,
Igor

Hi!

I tested: Magic Zoom with Replete and it works. Based on the item description it's also responsive and will resize based on the screen resolution. Some styling adjustments maybe required and if you want to use the default lightbox go to the Magic Zoom Plus plugin settings page and just set the 'Use effect on product page' parameter to 'Zoom'.

Best regards,
Peter
