Hi, I've seen others do this but am not sure how to do it myself - two things:

1. I'd like to add borders to text bodies. For example, if I have two 1/2 page layouts next to each other and both have text elements inside them, I'd like to add borders (with rounded corners) to their element blocks. The problem with the "Color Section" option is that it tends to affect the entire background area, not just the area of a layout element. Thus, being able to change their background colors within these borders would also be useful.

2. I'd like to take words within normal text and change their color so that they stand out. I've seen this done - but again, I'm not sure if I can accomplish this using short codes or something?

Thanks,
Lea

Hi Guys,
I am trying to edit the text color on the button on this page: http://www.playbingo.me.uk/paddy-power-review/ (middle of the page) whatever I do I can't seem to get the text color on the button to be white. At the moment it's a kinda dark grey. Any ideas how I can fix. BTW making a custom button and defining the colors doesn't seem to work either.

the tip is just for dynamic elements - try h1 {color: #222222;} by the way - did you clear the cache of your browser? Normally css files are cached and the old version is presented.

Hi,

I have two contact forms on my website (located at http://www.manukai-education.com). The one on my "Contact Us" page is fine but the one on my homepage is not. If you look at my website you'll see that the font color on the contact form at the bottom of the page is too dark for the background. How do I change the font color for the form so that the words above each field and the "Message Sent" message that appears after the form has been filled out and sent, show up in white? I'm new to a lot of this so the more basic your answer the better. Thank you!!!

Hi Everyone, I was trying to change the color for WooCommerce from the options menu and it wouldn't change. I wanted to change the color of the add to cart button.

For everyone who may have this problem, I found an easy solution. I'm using chrome, but I hear this works on Firefox as well.

1. Find the add to cart button, and right click it.
2. Click on Inspect Element
3. The bottom will pop up and you'll see two boxes, one big and one small on the right, on the right hand side and you'll see color boxes that you can click on and select for whatever color you like for the font, button color etc.

This is the way the code needs to be for it to work in the custom .css

#top .button, #top .submitbutton {
background-color: rgb(61, 255, 0);!important;

Here is a Screenshot of what I'm talking about:
http://demo.globalads24.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Screen-Shot-2013-06-07-at-11.22.21-PM.png

I only changed the button color itself in this, if you want to change the text font you can copy/paste that code with the color you want below background-color and it should work.

The only part of the code that needs to be changed depending on the color is the: rgb(61, 255, 0) which is the actual color you are changing. Also it's important to add the !important; at the end, otherwise it won't show up it seems. I took this !Important from another code that was posted here for a similar problem in Propulsion and it worked when I added it.

I hope this helps anyone who encounters this problem, it was frustrating until we learned this trick.

Thanks
-Nicolas

Hi QuantumSolutions,

Glad you were able to get it solved :)

Our response time is typically somewhere between an hour and 24 hours however we've had a huge surge in support requests the past few weeks so some things are taking a bit more time to get to.

Regards,

Hi,

Please examine the block of css in this post http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-responsive-slide-out-menu-issue#post-112059

It has almost everything you need to customize the menu , rollovers, etc.. You can try it as is to get idea first. You should add it to your /css/custom.css file OR to Quick CSS located in Enfold > Theme Options Styling .. the text area at bottom of that page

Thanks,

Hello,

As you can see here:

http://i39.tinypic.com/3012h55.jpg

I've modified some of the colors in the portfolio grid on my website,

BUT:

- How do I change the color of those white "dots"?

ALSO:

- How do I change the color of the portfolio-grid images - on mouse hover from white to gray?

AND:

- How do I change the background color of the portfolio grid. During the time when the images in the portfolio grid are being loaded the color BEHIND the images seems to be set to white by default. When the grid is being rendered on a black background the white color behind the images is visible for a breif perod of time during the loading process. I'd like to set this color to black. How do I do that?

Best Regards,

Vlad
