I have a problem with Contact Form 7 plug-in and Coherence.

As you can see here: http://www.artcalc.com/product/place-an-order/ - every input field is placed on a new line which makes the form look really messy. It's as if Coherence automatically adds <p> or
in front of every input field.

This has not happened while I was using Twicet.

Any suggestions? Note that I have tried experimenting with various settings, removing references to my own CSS classes, etc., but nothing helped. Even basic form, with just one field, renders like this.

Thanks very much for your response Dude. This response here seemed applicable to me: "I had the same issue with the Paypal iframe contained in another iframe. It works now! Thanks – Fabrizio Fortino Oct 25 '12 at 7:12"

I'm going add target="_top" and see if that solves the problem. Will let you know soon how it goes.

Hi Ismael !

That was close, but not 100% !

Look here :-) http://www.christianbortz.de/kontakt/

After that,

---------------------

in contact form 7 I changed the form to

[textarea* nachricht 500x6]

-----------------------

and added

input[type="textarea"] {
width: 500px;
}

to the custom css -

-----------------------

and in contact-form-7 "textarea.php" I changed line 78/79 I to

else
 $atts .= ' cols="1000"'; // default size

-----------------------------------

but nothing changed :-(

Do you have another fine trick in the backhand ?

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone here can help me out with this problem I am having. My client is a printed classifieds magazine company. I am using Contact Form 7 to record user input for ad/classifieds placements which the client then outputs to their desktop publishing program to format for print. The problem I have is the Paypal button integration. Every time I set them up they appear to work fine then within a day or 2 they stop working. What I have done is set up a page with the Paypal Buy Now button for each product. Once the customer has filled in their details on the appropriate form for the product(advertisement) they are purchasing they are directed to the relevant page via a script that I have placed in the "Additional Settings" field of each CF7 form. For example: on_sent_ok: "location.replace('http://dev.ccctrader.com.au/ten-issue-subscription-payment/');"

Then when the customer clicks the "Buy Now" button it should take them to Paypal where they can complete their payment. This is where I have the problem, it doesn't redirect them, it seems to just go dead.

I don't have very many plugins:

Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB and Contact Form to DB Extension Edit. These are to allow customers to submit their details for the ads and for the client to be able to sort and edit them for print.

Paypal Framework: No idea if I need this or not. It was recommended to me however I have no idea how it works or what it is doing. Something to do with the Paypal API. I am now assuming that I don't need it since the Paypal buttons should really work independently from any site they are used on, is this correct?

The site itself is being redirected from another url ie http://www.ccctrader.com.au is being redirect to http://dev.ccctrader.com.au. Does this cause a problem with Paypal buttons?

How can I get CF7 forms and Paypal working together successfully?

Or, is there a better way for me to do this whilst maintaining the CF7 forms and database? Basically everything works fine, I just need the pay now buttons to work properly.

The site is: http://www.ccctrader.com.au

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Due to the fact I need a 2-column design on the contact page, I installed "contact form 7", which is working fine so far:

http://www.christianbortz.de/kontakt/

But as you can see, the input areas are too small ...
Even if I try to make them bigger:
[textarea* nachricht 100x6]
they keep the same size ?!

Is this something regarding to angular ?!
How can I make them use the space to the right page side ???

Thanks in advance!
Best regards
I've used the contact form 7 with many other wordpress sites, the problem with Angular is when I am inserting contact form 7 shortcode in a new page or post, the contact form 7 will not show. My question is; do I have to disable something in the Angular theme to make the Contact form 7 work?

Hi Kriesi!

Here is the link and notice the custom menu and the bullet list on the right hand side:
http://telecontinent.com/about-us/vision-mission/

And the contact form:
http://telecontinent.com/career/

Can I change the contact form button to be the same like the search button?

Thanks!

Hi!

Hey! could you post a link to your site so I know what exactly you want to modify?

Which bullets do you mean?

Best regards,
Kriesi

Hi,

There are two things that I want to inquire:

1. Is there a way to change the alignment of the bullet so that the bullet for the subpages move in a bit with the text itself? Or can we just omit it at all? Just for the subpages.

2. I used Contact Form 7 to replace the native Avisio contact form, but can I customize the native Contact Form 7 submit button to be the same as Avisio default search, submit button? (blue button)

Great theme btw. Thx!

Hey,
I'm pretty sure it's not possible to install the captcha plugin with shortcodes, etc. but you'll need to modify some php files. You can try to use the do_shortcode function to call a contact form instead of the standard php form. If you'd like to customize the standard form I can only give you a hint regarding the files - I haven't tried to implement a captcha yet: Because ajax is used to submit the content you'll need to modify send.php, js/custom.js and submit_news.php

I am trying to figure out how to install a Captcha in the Submit News popup? I started using Contact Form 7 and its associated Really Simple CAPTCHA. Tried several different ways to insert this into the submit_news.php file, but cannot get any results that work.

This is the shortcode that Contact Form 7 needs to insert to use that plugin.

[contact-form-7 id="108" title="Contact form 1"]

My beta site is located at http://www.eval-site.com. I love the "Submit Article" button - for our purposes, it stands out more than just the Contact Us, so I'd like to be able to use that button and just link to a page we can have attachments.

Hey,
when including the Contact Form 7 it comes with it's own submit button if I'm correct. Could you link us to your site so we can provide more specific instructions on how to style this?

I'm new at the php side of things, so any advice or guidance you have would be greatly appreciated
