No, as far as I know the you can only use one currency. They're working on a currency converter which will change the currency for the user but as soon as they're trying to checkout they need to pay in your default currency.

I'm not an expert when it comes to e-commerce, showcase, etc. plugins but you can try Simple Paypal Shopping Cart (which is free) or WP eStore or Tribulant's WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin because you can change the currency symbol to #, etc. with these plugins and everything can be done with shortcodes - i.e. you can exclude the checkout page if you don't use the shortcode for it, etc.

you can try the store credit plugin. Other than that I'm not sure if it's possible to use woocommerce the way you want to.

I believe this would have to be handled by woocommerce itself. If you go to their settings page, you can select a currency. If you need more than one, I believe they have an extension that does that.

First of all, thank you for your awesome template. :) Just installed and 'so far so good.'

I need to add another currency, South Korean Won (₩,KRW). What should I do? I've already checked the options in the setting and there is no Won.

I think there's a better solution. Add following code to functions.php:

add_filter( 'woocommerce_currencies', 'add_custom_currency' );

function add_custom_currency( $currencies ) {
 $currencies['3DIGITCODE'] = __( 'Name of Currency', 'woothemes' );
 return $currencies;
}

add_filter( 'add_currency_symbol', 'add_custom_symbol');

function add_custom_symbol() {
 $currency = get_option( 'woocommerce_currency' );
 switch( $currency ) {
 case '3DIGITCODE': $symbol = '€'; break;
 }
 return $symbol;
}

Replace 3DIGITCODE, the symbol (€) and the name of the currency with your currency details.

Hey,
based on the comment:

It's already possible to do this using code. You could add the SA currency by adding the following to your themes functions.php file; http://pastie.org/2761689

I'd place the code in functions.php :)

I couldn't find a "frontend currency switcher" or a similiar feature (nor other themes which might offer this feature). I'll ask WooThemes if their plugin offers such a feature or if they've any plans to release a premium extension...

Would it be possible for the customer to change currency depending on which country he/she is in? I cant seem to find it anywhere in the theme/woocommerce plugin, and it is a huge problem for me. A real pain, since the rest of the theme is AWESOME!!! Great work!

But I hope you will add a currency menu in a future update! (?)
