Hi SureSitesInc,

The only thing I can think of is the menu is overly large and you need more server memory. This was probably one of the fixes suggested in the other topics you found on the issue. If so, have you increased the allotted memory for wordpress to use?

You can also try try viewing the menus manager in another browser after deactivating the plugins in case some local cache is causing the issue.

Regards,

Hi

Trying to add a page to a drop down in my menu, however my custom menu drag and drop is not working. I tried deactivating plugins, but this didn't seem to do the trick. Any reason why my menu drag and drop would not be working? I saw this posted in two other threads that are now closed. Tried the suggestions there, but nothing seemed to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi,

I am sorry, are you referring to the site linked from your username -> http://retail.kiik.com.au/wp-content/themes/propulsion/style.css ?

If that's the site, please put the following into Quick CSS located in Admin > Propulsion > Theme Options > Styling at the bottom of the page.

.main_menu .menu ul {top: 20px}

Your site looks great and the Super Cache plugin is doing its job on reloads, but its not using a correct configuration for the initial load. You are at about 7 seconds for first load and around a second for subsequent visits, which is one of the best I've seen - are you running on Nginx? But the first load you could drop down to 3 seconds easily.

Here is somethings you could do to make your site even faster which improves Google's ranking -> http://www.webpagetest.org/result/120923_RQ_3PQ/1/performance_optimization/ and

Please let us know if the menu is behaving now.

Hi Ismael,

I did that - It's kind of hard to disable woo commerce since it's an integral part of the website, I disabled Contact Form 7 and it had no effect,

I just wondered is this a known bug with Propulsion since at least one other person has noticed it on their website,

Hello! I'm looking for the same thing, and I added the code you have above:
.boxed #wrap_all {
-moz-box-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #000;
-webkit-box-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #000;
box-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #000;
}

It just gives a shadow on the right (like a drop shadow). Can you please tell me how to make that go all the way around?
Thanks so much!

Hi,

You are using version 1.3 of the theme. The current version is 1.6. Prior to upgrading, please make sure that you make a copy of the database and all current files so that in case of unforeseen problems you can always revert back to the current setup.

I would suggest to first make a tentative upgrade on your development/testing server, and if you do not use one, to set up a local XAMPP development clone of your site to make sure the transition will be the smoothest possible.

Thanks,

Hey Guys,

I don't know if any one else is experiencing this BUT sometimes when I mouse over a menu item with a second tier drop down menu,

It appears and disappears depending on how quickly I'm able to get my mouse pointer onto the actual written link,

Any ideas?

It's not easily possible to implement this feature because it would require a complex jquery/javascript function. I'm sorry. It's for sure possible to achieve what you want but you need to hire a freelancer for this task.

Hi,
Firstly I love the theme and how easy it is to edit,
But I'm interested in a slight change something that is slightly beyond my skill level.

I'd love to be able to replace the drop down menu with a secondary menu directly underneath the navigation menu.
That when someone hovers over or clicks a specific menu item, the secondary menu changes to whatever would have been in the drop down menu.

(I apologise in advance for my poor description, I couldn't think of a better way to explain it!)

I hope you can help!

Kind regards,

Hey!

Glad that worked for you. You can add the following as well and adjust the values to get the effect you are going for. I'll include a link at the end with some additional helpful info:

.boxed #wrap_all {
-moz-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
-webkit-box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
box-shadow: 3px 3px 4px #000;
}

Thanks for the tip. Will definitely check that out!

Speaking of drop shadows. I am going for a boxed layout rather than the stretched one, and I wonder if there's any way of adding a drop shadow to the box? This site is using a good example of that: http://www.freelancer.com/

Hey I'm looking through the CSS to see if I could add some Drop Shadow or possibly Floor Reflections to the Slideshow of the Angular theme. Others have asked the same about other themes but I can't seem to find the same files in this theme.

As 1 additional query, 1: is it possible in Angular to only view the Footer on the front page? This has been asked for other themes as well but with solutions not applicable to Angular.
