As the dude said its not possible yet, I will have a look if its somewhat easy to implement. Unfortunately I dont know any widget that displays the page data of the current page...

Regards,

Ok thanks. That would really be helpful.

Do you know if there are any short codes or anything that I can stick in an html widget that would get the current page info?

Oh - ok this is not possible yet. I'll ask Kriesi to implement this option/feature in the next update.

That's that I thought but here is the problem.

In my column element i have:
25% = widgets
50% = page (but specific page)
25% = widgets

I am finding that I can only set a specific page as the content in the "columns" as opposed to the "slideshow" element which lets you display the content of the current page/post id.

If I were to use this as a template for my pages I would need to make one for each page, which defeats the purpose of a template.

Is it possible to get the written data from the current page into a "column"?

Thanks for your help.
Josh

Hey,
yes I think so - use the "slideshow" element, the "post/page content" element (it will display the current page/post id by default if you don't set a specific id) and use the "columns" element with a 3 column structure with 25/50/25.

You can set a page, a category, direct text input or a widget as column content. Custom fields are not supported (yet).

I am trying to get the content of my current page to show up in a column.

So my page has an image and a write up.
I want to make a template that:
- has the image span the width of the document
- head rule
- has the columns 25% 50% 25% with the write up of the page in the 50% column.

Is this possible?

Also it would be great to get text from custom fields show up in other columns.

Thanks for looking.
Josh
