Before your code use: <pre><code><?php if ( is_page( 42 ) ) { ?></code></pre> and after your code add: <pre><code><?php } ?></code></pre> - the code lines above will force wordpress to execute/display the wrapped content on one page (page with the id 42) only. You can replace 42 with any other page id.
