Hi nerdybird,

Is this only happening in a specific browser or OS? We'll need to take a look at the site live to see whats going on but you can also try disabling any active plugins you have running and see if that helps. Often times plugins can interfere with a themes js files and cause issues like that.

Regards,

Hi CindyLuken,

I'm not really sure what is happening. The steps should be:
- Download the main zip file from Themeforest to your computer
- Un-Zip this folder so that you get a folder with Documentation, PSD, Version.rtf, License, plugins and the abundance.zip
- Now you can try using your Wordpress installation to upload the abundance.zip folder so that wordpress does the theme installation

If that does not work, you will need to login to your hosting server via FTP. You can get directions for this from your host. Go to the wp-content/themes folder and you should see the other themes that come automatically with wordpress.

You now have to upload the unzipped abundance folder into this themes folder on your server. Then you can use the wordpress backend to activate the theme like normal.

Regards,

Dude - This link is no longer working to help people upload their zipped file. I have been going round in circles in your forum & Envato/Themeforest & my hosting company for 3+ hours trying to upload the Abundance theme to my Wordpress site hosted by Crazy Domains in Australia. I have used your themes 4 time previously and have not had an issue as extensive as this. I am getting a notice saying the "upload file exceeds the max filesize directive in php.ini.' My hosting company has increased it to 100MB and done everything they can do to make it work. I am unzipping the downloaded zip file and then uploading the next zip file that is about 3.3MB and contains the style.css file. Please help me. tx CIndy

This sounds like the zip file is damaged. Please redownload twicet from themeforest. Then unzip the package you got from themeforest.net ONE time. You should get a folder which contains PSDs, Docs and another zip file (which is called twicet.zip). This zip file is the right file. Go to your wordpress admin panel and navigate to Appearance > Themes. Then select the twicet.zip file, upload & install it. You can also unpack this zip file and upload the resulting folder via ftp to wp-content/themes.

Also have a look at this tutorial video @themeforest.net: http://wiki.envato.com/buying/support-buying/solving-broken-theme-issues/

you can download it from http://themeforest.net. Log in and hover over your username on the right top.

Hey Kriesi,

First off, Congrats on all your success with Envato! You truly deserve it as you are a very talented creator/developer! :-)

I recently started having issues with a theme I purchased (Propulsion) from you a few weeks back...

On my Product Pages... I am receiving the errors below...

"Warning: Missing argument 2 for avia_woocommerceproduct_prev_image() in /home/content/43/8535843/html/wp-content/themes/themedbC/config-woocommerce/config.php on line 253"

&

"Warning: Missing argument 2 for avia_woocommerce_template_single_excerpt() in /home/content/43/8535843/html/wp-content/themes/themedbC/config-woocommerce/config.php on line 131"

I'm not sure whats going on, but I think it might have to do with the fact that I changed the name of the theme folder to "themedbC" as opposed to "propulsion"... could that be the reason??

If it is then that's weird because it was working great without that error for at-least 3 weeks....

Regardless, I would really love to solve this issue asap, is their anything that you can do to help me or point me in the right direction to get through this problem???

If you would like to see these errors first hand on the actual page a link to an example of the error is below...

http://bobogreen.com/?product=marijuana-tee-1

Please let me know, if there is something we can do...

Best Regards,
Jay

Hey,
this sounds like a permission error - try to set the wp-content folder (including sub folders/files) to 755 and the upload folder to 777. I'd also try to upload all wordpress and theme files again - maybe one file is corrupt.
