The index.php file was the only file which has been replaced in the main wordpress folder. Any other folder, file, etc. of your wordpress installation has the same name as a Display theme folder/file - so the only thing you've to do is to create a display folder in your root directory and afterwards you can drag'n'drop the theme files into it. You can open your Display.zip archive to see the directory and file structure - so you can discriminate between themefiles and wordpress files. After you filled the Display folder just copy it back to yout themes directory.
